Great idea. I use Villa Rosa Designs cards for fat quarters. I do love fat quarters bc of the collection is already coordinated.

Love tie design possibilities you come up with.. I started making this block scrappy in my fav-- turquoise, purple n blue, Wish I had the know-how to send you a pic but I don't. So: when I started laying it out, my son LOVED the way it formed a cross in the center. With a turquoise cross in the center, I changed to purple for the next round, then a round of blue and ending with turquoise corners to make it twin size quilt. You have SO many innovative designs and I'd love to try them all but--too many other irons in the fire.

I wonder if you could do this with a layer cake and charm pack as well with fewer left overs. Maybe not. My math is not great :) Thanks for this. Such variety.

I just found you on You Tube and was wondering what 6"x24" ruler you were using to cut your strips with, the one that has a lip on one end to catch the cutting mat so it doesn't slide? I need that one!
