All in all a great result but I would use a different methodology...

Wow We had a few mopeds in school, late 80s. One of them was Puch….earlier one with pedals, You could pedal it and start it with the pedals. Even then it was hopeless compared with the little Hondas we had. It was more bicycle than moped. Never imagined I would ever see one again.

That is not a barn, never was, never will be."barns" are for keeping animal feed, probably was a shed or garage.

Had a blue one of these 1973/74. This one is “too modern”. 😅 Sounds like it’s missing an air filter? We called it a Pooshh Maxi 01:47 That’s not a moped. No pedals.

this is the kind of car where if you had a million quid free, you'd absolutely spend the money to remake all the parts, have new stampings or new tools for the stampings made to help other saab owners get theres back on the road and get it back on the road, as what a sad state for such a fun car back in the day like I wonder what it looked like in 2000, if only their was like a limited reproduction run of these, or you could send them back to the factory like mercedes back in the day to rebuild the thing from top to bottom as it be worth it especially if it would piss off the EU, like you dont want to drive a toaster we can turn off with the press of a button remotely, and would rather drive an old saab INCONCEIVABLE!

Extreme pressure and high volume of water, car will likely never dry out - just rust from inside

More interested in what products you used to clean it, than standard saab specs

I live in Falmouth and next to it is Penryn. There's parked on the main street VW Cady. Person drives it still. I can't get my head around that .How lazy one needs to be and not wash your car at least once every six months. Disgrace.

You do not want the dashboard to shine at all because it will cause reflection onto the windshield and you won't be able to see out . Best way is to clean with a mild soap and warm water then dry off. No need to apply products at all.

I'm surprised it's rusted out so bad considering it's Swedish and was stored in a barn. My boss in the 80s had one. I used to drive it. I was only 19 and loved it. It was very luxurious (I owned a Mini 850). Always gave it a good burn up on the A30.

Parts car for sure, in my book. Some nice accessories if they can be removed without breaking. Too much rust in the places that are visible gives a clue to what the floor plan and inner guards must be like. The wheels, dashboard and wind deflector are the marketable items at first glance
