I love Luisa. The first time I saw the movie with my family and her song came up I cried a lot. I felt completely seen. I've always had high grades, knew a lot of things, had many talents, and always tried helping my mom and sisters. When someone needed something I was there to help or resolve it. At some point at my last year of high-school and in University things got out of hand for me. I didn't care about my grades as much anymore, if mom asked me to do something simple I asked her why she couldn't do it herself, I didn't have much fun with my hobbies anymore and the mention of my grades or University made and still makes me excruciatingly anxious. Encanto just so happened to come out when my feelings were at its peak and it hurt a lot. I still have that feeling of being a failure because I feel like I haven't accomplished anything big. Feeling like I'm in the way of others and useless. I know I shouldn't feel this way when my family loves me but I keep feeling this way. Sorry this song and video just made me want to talk a little. I'm slowly enjoying things again but it's hard.

I do think a lot of Alastor is meant to be the duality, so while I think he does tick every box for psychopathy, I can also see him being a very dynamic character that while he does do things for personal gain, I think there is an element of sentiment here, but I am very biased, and I know that the writer of the show is too!😁 My take is that he knows Charlie's capabilities, possibly from Lilith's instructions, and I do believe he genuinely does develop an attachment for her by Cannabal town...

I think Oz chose Blitz to shadow, protect, and talk to Fizz because of the relationship that fizz and blitzo already have. Blitz is someone Fizz does not need to keep a mask on around, or hide from. Therefore, Blitz will protect him as a primary function, but he will also be a very honest soundboard that isn't oz.

I just had a good cry with my partner of 14 years over this analysis. She hasn’t seen much of this show, but being together this long we’ve had our problems. Many of the problems we’ve been facing and the joys we’ve forgotten in the last six months are very similar to the romance and problems these two face in those episodes. Thanks for a good cry. sometimes adding a third voice to the conversation conveys the messages sent much more effectively. And I’d like to add that these problems pop up in even a decade old romance, but they are still worth the struggle.

Dear Ms. Georgia Dow I am studying psychology, and I would strongly recommend the following for a psych analysis: -Tron: Uprising (Dyson, Beck, Paige, Tron, Mara, Lux, many characters to study) -RWBY (Yang's PTSD, Blake becoming more confident, Weiss coming to terms with her family name) -Mad Max: Fury Road (Furiosa, Immortan Joe's need for control, Splendid, Bullet Farmer's insanity after going blind, Nux, a lot of amazing characters to analyze). -The original Justice League from the 2000s (Kevin Conroy's Batman, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl's relationship) Most these shows are lesser known or underrated and aren't given a lot of attention. Thank you for what you do.

Something I love is Fizzs body language in that last scene. When Mammon first changes with an explosion, Fizz flinches, backs up out of the way and flinches again. But when Mammons screaming in his face, he’s solid as a rock. (Either because he knows Ozzie will protect him or because he’s accepted his own worth outside of Mammon and is done listening to his sh*t. I like the idea of both) But when Ozzie practically ERUPTS behind him with no warning, huge and MASSIVE flames blasting around and past him? Fizz doesn’t move at all. He doesn’t flinch or stiffen or even really react at all. Considering his trauma and relationship to fire and explosions??? The amount of *trust* that he has in Ozzie is just * kiss * it’s beautiful. He knows Ozzie will protect him, and even better, he knows Ozzie will never HURT him either. I just 😭❤
