I heard the Speed ultra is like my all time favourite Adidas shoe the Boston 9. So that has to be a winning shoe, really would love to try it!

Very interesting. I was starting to give up with adidas as they don't do road shoes past a UK 12.5 but I see these are offered in a UK 13.5. Do you use any GTX (GORE-TEX) shoes as British trails right now are very very wet and these ones look like they won't stay that colour or keep your feet dry more than one stride!

I have a soft ground shoe, so I'm hoping to buy just one shoe from this line up to cover short to mid distance training on UK winter roads and harder trails, canal tow paths etc, and maybe parkrun. Which one of these would you recommend?

they all look so slim without much of foam to sustain the ultra distance. would not you feet will hurt? def. a fast shoe though.

wish I'd seen this before spending time researching, but I have gone for: - Adidas Terrex Speed Trail Pro - up to 10k, non-paved parkruns, compact trails - Adidas Terrex Speed Trail SG for muddy trails and XC races - Adidas Terrex Speed Trail Ultra for 10k+, hard surfaces
