Jahaira also also makes a comment to the durge about not having abunch a little Bhaalspawn running around calling her grandma or something like that (Even with the durge losing Bhaals essence) The butler will also say something about siring more bhaalspawn depending on your romance

Well, this aged badly... Sarevok deserved better than the disgusting way Larian disrespected his character in BG3. I renounce that fucking game, for many reasons as well as that one. Irenicus' return would be interesting. I'd like to see him actually get a redemption arc. The same kind that Sarevok deserved, but never got. 5e is utterly crap, WOTC are now spoiled by activists who dishonour the memory of the original creators of DnD, and DEI strikes once again.

From what I've gotten, the majority of Europe (save for places like Britain for obvious reasons) have more safety and security than their NUS counterparts but less personal freedoms which is saying a lot considering we're talking about a dystopic hyper-corporate alternate history where Human Rights are a myth and The Geneva Convention has been reduced to The Geneva Suggestion.

I can get through a game of Critical Role, but the poor character play (except for a few instances) bothers me. The players for the most part don't play their classes optimally because they don't know the rules well enough.

Sounds like Larian had something much cooler planned for the Githyanki creche but was probably too ambitious for the timeframe they had to finish the game. What we got in the final game was still cool and probably one of the best parts of the game but I would have like to have seen this. The Githyanki being more involved with fighting the cult.

*Man, oh man... I have been, ABSOLUTELY, LOVING this channel & all the content you have been making on this channel, about Baldur's Gate & DnD.... I have ALWAYS been intrigued with "DnD" & "DnD" related video games... But, SADLY, when I was growing up, I'm 29 years old now, the homies either had NO IDEA about "DnD" &/or looked at a "Nerdy" thing to do & would of course make fun of anyone who played it &/or knew about it... It was the same way with "WoW" (World Of Warcraft), plus I did NOT have a PC that could play WoW.... I started to get into Baldur's Gate & watching the first 2 games a few years ago so when Baldur's Gate 3 released in "Early Access" I had to pick it up and got addicted to it. Now, since full release, I have around 400 hours in the game and I am ONLY at ACT 2.* *I have only played DnD for like 20 mins total so this channel is helping me A TON, in regards to learning about DnD & its universe.... I'm leaning more towards chosen ones, its kind of even worked its way into my character. Ironically I was thinking they met their archfey parton during the Seige of Neverwinter and would have strong feeling about an undead army marching on a city. I think they were out to get as many 'ideal candidates' for true souls as possible, with the thinking that they would fight and kill each other, absorb the loser's tadpole and grow more powerful.

Dude please, start uploading again, I would love to see your opinion of the full game and how much of it was cut, changed or repurposed. Also some deep dive analysis and data mining videos would be awesome :)

0:40 well, about that... Yes I'm a bit unhappy how BG3 has become just a fanservice for the old fans. And they are ways to do it better (like easter eggs or books telling the stories from some of the main heroes). But I don't like the way Larian did it. Its weird, but SoD was more loyal to the Bhaal saga than anything BG3 has done. And yes, SoD was a very mediocre game, but at least, they keep the main story, (very badly)

I don't think the existence of Bhaalspawn in "current times" is a problem nor a contradiction with previously established lore. After all, Bhaal came back to life with the Second Sundering, so what's stopping him getting some more spawn? His "first batch of spawn" were meant to help him resurrect after the Times of Trouble, but that doesn't mean any later spawn were endowed with the same daddy-resurrecting-essence. Especially since we now know that the Nightsong is the literal child of Selune and she doesn't have any Selune-resurrecting-essence, so why would new Bhaalspawn automatically have such essence? So I think any new Bhaalspawn are just that, literal spawn of Bhaal, without any prophecy related powers. This would circumvent the plothole of Bhaal resurrecting when Viekang and Gorion's Ward died while there are still other Bhaalspawn, since these other, new Bhaalspawn weren't created to have the magical god resurrecting juice in them. Mind you, I have NOT played a dark urge run yet, and thus I don't know any details regarding that character. All I know is what a Tav run showed me, especially in Orin's room and certain name tags of certain characters on the floor. I could put two and two together, but I don't know the specifics yet. My durge run will have to wait until my second run is finished, doing an evil Tav now.

I don't have any evidence but I speculated that the colony under Moonrise tower was once connected to Githzerai Temple. The Githzerai brain had given me a big hint about them and their people's downfall it seems like the person who the brain used to be was a novice that accompanied the patrol. The patrol encountered the elder brain and lost the fight. The Illithid manipulate/command the Novice to betray their people. Mind flayers overrun the temple and begin the construction of their colony. The temple was likely built before Moonrise tower but the mind flayer colony was probably built during Ketheric Thorm joining The Sharran. Grymforge seems to have been abandoned even before the Thorm came in the reason would be because the mind flayer colony. But... Before the gnomish sharran abandoned their fortress I think they would likely get the Adamentine crafting technique from the Githzerai. The Githzerai had perfected the art of Adamentine forging. long before any race. And Their fortress in Limbo seems to have been built of a pure Adamentine.
