One thing I absolutely ADORE about wolf quest, is their attention to detail and realism. So many "wolf simulator" games throw out this buggy, unrealistic game where its all messed up from the animation when running being unrealistic, to a wolf single handedly and easily taking down a dragon or a cougar or something. But these guys even have coat changing as they get older!!

They were not thinking when they put this out. I think they should remove this video from KZbin. it was not appropriate to tell us who they are voting for and then to say that they think it's definitely the people you should vote for.

This video has nothing to do with conservation and everything to do with the devs political agenda. They know their side is being outvoted and outspent in this year’s election, so they’re panicking and trying to appeal to the masses by using their influence and by tugging on people’s heartstrings with psychological manipulation for their love of animals. They hope that by saying “do your own research” and “we’re voting blue” in the same breath tricks people into believing that they’re encouraging free thinking meanwhile they’ve planted a seed in your mind that _they’ve_ already done the research and have come to the _best_ possible decision, which, if you support their work and their cause, you should agree with them too. Voting for Kamala will *not* help save gray wolves in any way, shape or form, _because gray wolves are no longer in need of saving._ I guess a game about conservation and education of an endangered species falls a little flat though when that species is no longer endangered. This also reeks of them hoping to gain more money from people as well by making us think our favorite animal is on the verge of being wiped off the face of the earth unless we vote blue or contribute more to conservation efforts when that simply isn’t the case. And what they absolutely will not tell you because they’re biased and would rather influence you with a big name celebrity like Taylor Swift is that the The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) agreed to submit a determination to the Federal Register on whether to list the gray wolf as threatened or endangered in the Northern Rocky Mountains or Western United States. The USFWS's analysis found that wolves are not at risk of extinction in the Western United States in the near future. The reason the bill was even passed to begin with is because 4 Democrats sided with the majority of Republicans for passing it, oh, and that there were Republicans who also rejected the bill, because being a Democrat doesn’t automatically make you an animal lover just like being a Republican doesn’t automatically make you down to hunt for sport. Wolves, if left unregulated for too long, grow to be a problem for humans, farm animals and wildlife, it was always inevitable that at some point in time after carefully rebuilding them up we’d then have to manage their population so it doesn’t explode. We do the same thing to deer, people. Too little of them is bad, and too much of them is also bad. If we continue to protect wolves when they’re no longer *in need* of protection, we neglect other species, and wolves start impacting other species as well. Their next game would be called CougarQuest seeing as wolves would play a huge factor in the extinction of cougars. Their audience is largely children and teenagers. Obviously there’s plenty of adults still around, but they knew that by making this video the adults would see through their ruse and simply not care or voice their disappointment which would be overshadowed by all of the devs diehard do-no-wrong supporters, whereas the children and teenagers would then eventually bring up the issue of ‘Trump hates wolves’ to their parents full of passion and tears, in turn manipulating their parents. So it’s not the adults they’re speaking to here. It’s the unsuspecting parents of the naive and impressionable children and teenagers who will simply trust their favorite game developers decision instead of actually doing their own research. I never expected much from these developers anyway seeing as they claim to care about conservation and education about wolves, but then they have you collect _human trash_ in the game which is harmful to wildlife, they never actually educate you about anything going on with wolves in Yellowstone to the point that they treat *mange* as a _cosmetic feature_ instead of a *disease*, and a fun little part of their gameplay is your wolf getting shot by farmers after you’ve hunted a calf which is _devastating_ in real life not just for the farmer or that wolf but now every wolf in the area, only, to be fair to them, I never expected they would be so reckless as to divide their player base with politics when a game like this is meant to bring people together. They must not have learned from Dustborn and Concord’s recent Go Woke = Go Broke disastrous failures. And let’s be honest, using an animal that can’t speak for itself to advocate for your political choice of candidate is so messed up. ‘If animals could vote dogs would be red and cats would be blue’ says a human who just so happens to be voting red and loves dogs. Like. Come on. It’s not subtle. They tried to ease the backlash of this video by posting another video the same day as it. They’re fully aware of what they’re doing here and should 100% be held accountable for this.

I still love the game due to nostalgia alone, am still looking forward to the saga, but I will no longer be supporting these devs by giving them any more money, and that’s a shame cause I was going to ask my husband for all of the dlcs as a Christmas present on top of purchasing the game again myself for our nieces and nephews for Christmas - 5 different houses so I’d have bought it 5 times for a total of 9 kids who’d all eventually in turn prob ask their parents for the dlcs too. Just another company like BudLight to boycott now tho. Companies really need to learn to keep their product separate from their ideologies. Will be informing every parent I know of these devs attempting to influence their audiences presidential candidate choice.

Wasn't going to vote this year, but WOW WQ HAS INSPIRED ME!!! Voting for Trump now out of spite. I'm SO excited over the fact the NPC can develop friendships or enemies now. They can actually build relationships with other and not just be interested in you (The player). It adds so much more depth to the game!!

As a republican on the ballot, I will be voting a Democrat for my first election. While I do not like all of kamala policies, I'd rather have ANYONE over trump.
