Hi I’m im 29 years old live usa I work 8 hour shift 5 days of the week I’m my bmi is too dangerous my wight is 119 please help I can eat 3 meals only because the job will give you 30 minutes break for lunch please give 3 high protein meals breast lunch and dinner that help me gain weight. If also drink after lunch protein shake I want use often baththroom. I don’t want my bossy compline me please help me quick meals chicken breast rice lunch and dinner and breakfast 5 eggs 2 whole bread pine butter ? Thank you

I've been a dietitian for 10 years now, and the amount of STAT consults on patients I saw 1 day ago is astronomical :') Also the tube feed/diarrhea argument is never-ending LOL

That part about eating beets and making your stool brown/reddish is funny because I once freaked out and thought I was urinating blood after drinking one of my dads legendary beet juices until he reminded me that I drank nearly 20 FL OZ of beet juice that same morning lol

I'm very attached to my dietitian. I have an ED and I wish I could see her more than once a month. Her identifying my eating disorder before anyone else started me down the path to recovery. Prior to her I suffered for 15 years but was overlooked or congratulated because I'm obese.

So glad I discovered these videos! I am about halfway through my master's, and after going through a BS in nutrition as well, I am honestly starting to feel burnt out of this subject. But your positive energy is renewing my passion and reminding me of why I wanted to become a clinical dietitian, so thank you so much!! Thank you for sharing this recipe, i'm looking forward to trying it, but how come you didn't peel the butternut squash, i'm wondering how soft that skin part came out once it was baked, i was hoping that you would of taken a bit of that butternut to show how well it cooked.

Yay! I hope you enjoy! There is fiber in the skin and plus alot of the nutrients are right under the skin of the squash.. the skin does become soft with cooking
