Double Chocolate Overnight Oats!

My name is Allison Thibault and I am a Licensed/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have my own private practice and work clinically as a Lead Clinical Nutritionist for one of the largest hospital systems in our country.
Shifra is my intern who is currently a Dietetics Student at Rutgers University. She loves to share her recipes and healthy eating tips with us on our channel!

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
-1/2 cup of Almond Milk
-1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder (I used Anthony’s!)
-1 tbsp Maple Syrup
-1 tbsp Chia Seeds
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-1 serving of your favorite Protein Powder (I used 2 scoops (1 serving) of collagen peptides)
-Toppings of your choice!
-Mason Jar
