Just when I needed this video. Curcumin won’t be here for a week and the hip is inflamed. Going for the organic cabbage juice. I’ll LYK how it works out 😊

With joint inflamation, other steps are often needed. Cabbage juice usually works best for inflammation in the digestive tract.

Hey, Mr. Hale, great info! I've recently added organic sauerkraut into my diet as part of my arsenal of fermented foods, wondering if sauerkraut, which is pretty juicy, might do the same?

Can i drink cabbage juice and celery juice in the same day? If i reduce my bacterial overgrowth then it could increace my hcl and cause irritation on my ulcers. So drinking cabbage juice first would make more sense? What do you think? Also cabbage juice is delicious i would drink gallons of it.

@@KickItNaturally GREAT! Please! The news about xylitol is all over the place (my bio-dentist approves, but I found it drying after swish/spitting, and it's supposed to be opposite.) So I'm wondering if a person has too much strep and the xylitol clumps it and that's why the potential for heart attacks/strokes? I'm juicing celery for strep instead until you get back to us. lol

Some say drink it fresh and others are saying steam the cabbage and drink the juice from it. I wonder if there is a big difference.
