Sadly, the forums seem to be gone, as are the firmware links.

The bike does not need a 6 th gear 75 mph at 3000 rpm. It’s heavy and feels heavy. Of course out on the highway your good.

Hello , I have SJCAM 5000x Elite and it works perfectly fine. What I would like to ask you is for another camera - apparently it is a "SJCAM SJ4000 basic", but actually it seems that it is some kind if replica. In Version it says the following : SJ4000.215.V142 My question is : What is this camera ? I just found it (a friend gave it to me)... On the front it says only "HD". NO "Sjcam" and NO "1080P". When I turn it on it says "Action Camera" and "Be Uniqe" and it shows some kind of GoPro-like logo LOL ! 😂 :)

I feel like people that actually have very little experience or time on a motorcycle. Need to wait and get more experience under their belt before they start critiquing and telling the world about their views and opinions … when in reality, they have no idea what the hell they’re talking about….. this being an entry-level and a good transition from scooters and mopeds I believe is what you were comparing this to as a good transition seems like a completely insane comparison. These bikes can get down and dirty quickly I feel that they’re very nimble and really depends on the riders but reality if you’re going to transition from a moped or scooter don’t go from 59cc engine… all the way to a 1500 cc engine or better not really a good transition you already skipped Harley Davidson 70s 80s 90s on all their engine sizes for the most part… I’m just saying get the experience get to knowledge and understand what you’re actually doing before you go rent a motorcycle from your local shop and then decide that you’re a full on iron ass award winning not even weekend warrior…4 hour annoyer….

I own a 2014 Valkyrie, I love it and I will have it till the day I die. The 18k sticker price is average for a big cruiser, I paid that same amount for my Harley Softail Custom in 2006. which I still have and will till the day I die, Yes the shifter lever is a concern on the Honda. I installed footboards and had to make a bracket to extend the shifter up so I could slide my big boot under it instead of shifting with my heel .Problem solved, I am a fabricator by trade

I have a 2014 Highball with a fuel mod and a few other things (bought it like that). The changes they made put it where I needed to get around town, anything different I might as well be unhappy riding my harley sporster again, but got dang I'll tell you.... that suspension is so much better, the sound, the feel, etc. It was a great step away from a sporster for me.

Let me clarify a few things....the gear indication is a calculated value (indication) using a speed sensor on the output drive, compared with the ECU engine rpm, so only a line appears when the clutch is pulled it. Designed that way since the rider could be upshifting or downshifting. If the clutch is out, it displays a value. Frankly I like the way it works. Neutral is a true indication along with a green light. In terms of the tack...it's there. You have to use the left side toggle switch (usually its a flash to pass switch) to change modes (trip, odometer, rpm). I really like my Hammer.

By the way, I'm 67 and this will be my first bike! A lot my friends that I grew up with are life-long riders, but I never caught the "motorcycle bug" until recently. My age, coupled with my health issues (technically, I'm disabled), and my desire to just be able to do some laid-back cruising, combined to steer me towards the DCT version.

I'm in the process of buying one now...found a bright red 2018 CTX700 with factory saddlebags and only 6125 miles on Facebook not far from where I live. It looks kinda like a 'Mini-Bagger"! I'm buying a CTX700 based largely on a number of generally positive video reviews such as this one. Thanks for taking the time to put this vid together!

The name "countersteering", though accurate, confuses some people and causes them to hesitate. "do I steer in the opposite way to what I instinctively do?" When almost everyone instinctively countersteers. I think the best way to think about is: "push left to go left. Push right to go right"

Just got the 2014 Honda CTX700N for my first bike! It's a manual with the clutch but it has ABS. Very fun bike, very manoeuvrable feeling and easy to handle. I'm 6'1 for those wondering and I fit the bike just perfect.

I have a 2011 dyna street bob that I bought new, put on the screaming eagle 110 kit on it and it is more than enough power but I'm considering kawasaki z900 for a second more flickable bike. Don't need it at all but man the it's tempting lol 😆

Sorry. I know this video is very old. With that said, I've owned 2 Harleys. Both 1200 cc. One Nightster and one 72. I'm liking this bike and I'm on the fence about pulling the trigger. Is this a weird transition from my 2 others?
