I don't think you get called by JT or any pair plus FD often enough even if they have this hand. If I use your "what would I do in this spot" approach, then it fails too. I don't think projection is a good idea at all though. But I would certainly fold with the bad pot odds if I had hands like JT or a draw that has only like 25 to 30% equity. Your line seems underbluffed too. Pretty sure JT figures he is chasing a draw only and top pair is no good anymore. Bet small and get raised then fold or bet small and check check river if he lets you.

it's pretty much silly/clickbait to set "make $___/hr"-type goals because there are many factors outside of your control. if you're going to set a goal, set something that is more measurable - i.e. how many hours you play, max buy-ins, stop-loss or stop-win amounts, etc. whether or not you achieve $100/hr doesn't mean anything at the end because it's just cherry-picked statistics

Question - on the final part of this video with the Ace coming in, you said you’d bet pretty pretty small. Are you saying a small overbet or are you saying small in general? If small in general, what size?

Good video. The T9 hand can never be a fold simply from their ability to spaz with 2 pairs. (they "put" you on AK and don't want a straight/higher 2 pair card to roll off - fish logic) I mean the A10 jam on a rb board is more ridiculous than KQ, for example. Also they will have some sets which they "trapped" preflop with. I think you were a bit results oriented there.
@hungryhorsepoker7 сағат бұрын
no. i literally said during the hand at the table im probably going to fold.
@gdo17 сағат бұрын
@@hungryhorsepoker I meant results oriented in the narration of the video. It's sample size 1, you made the right read in that specific hand, but do you really think you don't have 25% equity vs his jamming range on the turn?
@biggestsoup7 сағат бұрын
The All-In hand that starts at 5:12 bothers me. In a 3 bet but 4 caller pot they will have a majority of speculative hands such as connectors or one gappers. I think you were correct to jam with top pair since it was only a slight over bet of pot size, but not on that connected of a board. That being said I enjoy your Instagram content and this is even better than that. Keep up the great work.

I don't doubt that if there is way to make 100/hr at low stakes, then this is the way. But I think it's an unsustainable figure, and at the margins lines like this are just a bit too aggressive.

With DB PLO bomb pots as well, this is easy... i guarantee not a single player in those games has studied these spots and maybe with these pots alone could make the $100/hr, not joking.
