My headlamp (driver's side) doesn't even catch on the gear. I can literally just grab the headlamp and move it up and down. It will fall back down to the car if I lift it and then let it go. I'm assuming its the gear still. Some bs if you ask me. I will replace it with a metal gear so I won't have that problem again. Or should I get another motor then put the metal gear in it? Before the gear went out, the headlamp would go up and down about 5 times then get stuck open. All my butt stocks are new so idk at this point. Hopefully the gear fix will solve all my problems.

Just discovered your channel watching this video. Thanks for the review. The movie that turned me into the Corvette junkie I am today was Corvette Summer when I first saw it on tv in 1982. I discovered Stingray a few years later and was hooked on it as well. Until I saw your review, I thought I was the only one who loves this movie! Everyone else who reviews it always puts it down. By the way, the 4-speed manual Stingray from the movie was sold to a restoration shop after filming was completed and was treated to a frame on restoration. The owner was asking $77,500 for the Corvette on Craigslist back in 2019.

Great video. Thank you for the tip , on using the 10mm 45 ° degrees wrench .You make it look easy to remove the front bumper but i know its time consuming. Need to remove the front bumper on my ' 90 Convertible to install a body kit .

Great video but you can't get your arm into the fuel filler area without first removing the fuel pump assembly. A whole different level of complexity. Better to try through the license plate holder.

I did this a few weeks ago. I ended up dropping the gas tank and made the job much easier. I now have a Milwaukee Insider ratchet for when I put it back on. Hoping that makes it less time consuming. Enjoyed the video.

Could you have done the PS knee bolster without removing the panel from the dash? I watched how much you fought with it, and I want to avoid the same
@C3Stingray4 ай бұрын
You can, but it actually harder without removing the dash panel. The dash panel is the easiest thing to remove. None of it is very easy, if you don't have to replace the carpet on the bolster I would just leave it alone.
