Amazing how the left leaning get the idea of tariffs all wrong. Tariffs are barging chip. the US is the largest market in the world. They need us just bit more then we need them. They will cave and the tariffs will go away.

In my experiences, the Canon R8 Af was not the greatest. I always had to use manual focus because the camera would not lock on to my subject

I have an old Tokina 28mm f/2.8 lens that is wonderful. This range of lens seems to be a magical one whether new or old for great photos.

I'm new to all this and I've picked up the ZV-E10, this is a nice info when I need to step up my set-up but how about OSS? Sony lenses for this camera have stabilization in their lenses. How about the lens said in the video?

What nobody tells you is that you can get either peak design or pgytech, they now have slim connectors, and attach them to the perfectly fine strap your camera comes with for 20 bucks.

i'm a young-ish person using the Olympus Pen e-p7 as it was an alternative to the fujifilm. if they make more cameras like that (and market them) to the same audience, they can be a strong competitor

EM5, EM1, EM10, G9 Many lenses, mostly Olympus Pro, including telelens 150mm with 2x converter. This system is perfect for my needs, and at this point I'm not going to switch to full frame and statt cash spending race from scratch. Yes S9 sounds tempting but it's a scary thought to start all over.

What do you think of the canon m6 mark ii? It look like a lot of good features

Yes, it's an exceptionally good camera. It's the camera I stared this channel with. Most of my early videos are about it.

M4/3 is the future for cameras..... for me.. old people. Look, who has more money to spend on cameras? Old people. According to statista. The largest share 33 percent of people purchasing digital cameras are old people are 50 to 69 years old. at 32 percent 30 to 49 and at 29 percent 18 to 29 . Younger population is shrinking, because many of them find out a cell phone is good enough. AI is cutting into the market for those who use phones. I am 60, I have a 1dx iii for sports, an R5 and a 400 2.8ii and a 600 f4ii and a bunch of other glass. A year ago I bought a om1x used for 500usd and a 60mm macro because it can focus stack macro with flash which canon and other brands cannot do and I started doing macro. It has live composite and live ND. I quit shooting sports, I still shoot BIF. But I have been using my OM1x more than both my Canons because it is lighter smaller, and some fun features that have brought back some fun to shooting. I still have all my Canon stuff, but I will not be buying any more new Canon gear. With a viltrox speed booster ef-m43 for the Oly, my ef 100-400 is ii becomes a 140 to 569mm with an added stop of light. If I need my Canon stuff, I still have it. But my om1x is more than good enough most times. I may get a om1 new model, when the price drop, or Oly goes out of business. I wish newbies/kids getting into photography would not be persuaded in their own minds that they need full frame. They don't. IMHO of course.

These camera companies are not going to move from Chinese factories. What they will do is open up international stores for US citizens to purchase from. Remember also, from the perspective of planning, the US citizen has lot their wealth and status in the world. It's China, India, Russia that will be the news markets. Look at where the new Silk Road trading will take place. Even Mexico is going to have a major port open. It;s BRICS that is taking over, and the camera industry is also suffering financially. The industry can't afford to lose brand names and can't afford to lose sales. I think the US will be jettisoned.

300$ vs 120$ Ttartisan has insane value for money. Really good build quality and good sharpness. What we can expect for 120 bucks. I’m in a tight budget So I got zv e10 with kit lense and gonna buy Ttartisan 35mm as prime lense. May be viltrox one. But for extra 50bucks Mostly Im gonna buy k&f concept filter kit and extra battery with charger😅

I am that non-Japanese in my 20s rocking a MFT camera! I bought my first ever "proper camera" when I was 17, an old Olympus E-M10 in a pawn shop for AU$200. I absolutely loved that thing until it stopped working a few years later. Since then, I've gone back and forth between different systems; I've had Canon and Nikon DSLRs, and now a Nikon mirrorless... but I always go back to Olympus and the MFT system. The MFT lenses and bodies on the secondhand market have by far the best bang for buck in my experience, the diminutive size of the lenses are a godsend for my travels, and the Olympus bodies are just stunning - amazing build quality, timeless design, and so many buttons and features that I just don't find on other cameras. When it comes time to upgrade, I'll definitely be opting for an OM System (though those Sonys do look tempting haha)

I think that this lens is a copy of the voigtlander Nokton 35mm 1.4 for Leica M adaptedto new mounts, I loved that lens
@juanpedroprietojaime2 күн бұрын
Even people mention that focus ring is hard and make noises, same problems with voigtlander because the lens hood thread and focus ring were somehow connected, (easy to fix) it's my next lens ❤

I don't own fakes, but I can certainly understand why people would buy fakes, especially now that prices are rising and there are more and more quality issues with authentic bags. When my patience runs out, I will also go to kislux to shop what I like bag.

Well done, Mark. A nice lesson on depth of field, its purpose, and how to manipulate it. And the FX30 is an interesting camera. To me, it's like a mini FS7 with newer tech minus the internal NDs.

Tarrifs are a tax on yourself. If you don't make it domestically then it's increased inflation and cost of living. Shame the US is going to have to learn this all over again. Importers pay tarrifs not exporters.

How the tripod legs only (excluding the ballhead) for the Neewer LT-07 compared the Ulanzi MT-55? I bought the Ulanzi MT-55 before I watched this video and really love it. I replaced the ballhead with a nicer one that's still compact. The OEM ballhead is okay but there's certainly better ones out there. I went with the MT-55 because the convenience of the flip locks and the relatively slim form factor & weight for a aluminum tripod. I'm thinking of purchasing another one as a backup because it's so cheap. So how are the legs for the Neewer LT-07? Should I purchase the Neewer instead as a backup? Great comparison video btw! Edit Update: Just finished watching the rest of the video. So seems like I should go with the LT-07. It's only sale for $68 right now. That ballhead seems nice too.

I'm going to be that guy... I own Sony and Fujifilm cameras. There are several more reasons to go with full frame over crop, other than low light/high ISO performance and DOF. Biggest one is probably the reliability and accuracy of autofocus. My Sony FF cameras are way more reliable than my XT-5 and X-T3 for AF. I also personally feel the overall image quality is better on the FF Sony cameras than the XT cameras. (except for colours, which I'll always give the advantage to Fuji) So if you're really into pro work, I'd still recommend going with the full frame options. But thank you for the review. I would like to get one of these for my X-T5 sometime.
