Hi Mr Sinicky, i did not find any contact on your website so i try here... I'm 48 , 66kgs for 1m69 , used to be a sports educationer in kung fu and still in good shape (Giving serious adversity for 20 years men in crossfit sessions) No physicals pain anywhere, i just got back to sport after some months doing weight training in the morning and cardio in the evening, at least 5 , to 7 days a week. But i'd prefer to go through something like you do. Here is for were i start. I would like to buy your program but i don't want to spend money with somethning i could not handle with so my question is : it safe to practice so explosive workouts at my age and how much training a week is necessary to see serious progression? Thank you. (I'm french, so maybe sorry for my english)

I think you’re bang on mate. That’s definitely a calisthenics/martial arts physique. I’m aiming for a similar look with basic calisthenics; pull-ups, rows, pushup variations, squat variations, lunges, and box step ups, all coupled with running, sprinting sled pushes and some skill based training. For example, at the moment I’m working on front and side splits and crow pose to handstand. Hopefully I will achieve them by Christmas this year.

Glad you mentioned Grant! Having Grant and Liam on this channel have been awesome! They perfectly compliment what you're doing and teaching. A superhero needs to be able to traverse, to fight, and exert force on the environment. Having all three of you provide information and insight is fantastic, and really helps flesh out the spectrum of how to train when you're a total nerd (i.e., all of your subscribers, myself included). My only complaint may be that they aren't on here more! You all are a great team.

Hey Adam, thank you so much. I've been following your channel for a year now I think, and amount of lessons I've got from your videos is simply amazing. Now I combine movement, running, calisthenics, stretching and even dancing and whatever else I find interesting in my training routine and my body feels amazing, but also whole training process is a lot more enjoyable rather than if I would just lift weights for example. Also I really love the fact that you post not just about fitness, but also about brain training, cognitive functions, and even about eyesight. Just want to let you know your content made my life a little more better, and thank you for that! Im really curios, why dont you promote your products on the channel? You've been in creators economy for like 10 years at least, and it seems like most of the monetization coming from all the audience you have on youtube is just ads of someone's products. I know its still pretty good amount of money but you can make much more with paid community for example, or by promoting your books maybe? And also you can give people A LOT MORE value when making an infoproduct by yourself, which is basically a win-win for everyone. I would gladly pay some money if I would be interested in your offer, since I really trust you after all the things you taught me. And Im pretty Im not the only one who would gladly pay. So yeah, Im just being really curios, is it because you find making your own products too hard or maybe because you think its somewhat unethical to promote your stuff? Or why?

I agree with many of the sentiments here, as a movement practitioner who came from a traditional Chinese martial art context. I like Primal Mobility intensives, Calisthenics, and hybrid martial art training; integrating sprawls, Hindu squat transitions, Silat groundwork, shadow striking and sand bag/dummy work to experiment with shadow wrestling.

Since 2020 I started to do weight training 2 to 3 times a week but never got much results. I'd definetely implement these exercises into my S&C sessions. Thank you!!! Edit: Grant is a chad, but unfortunately not everyone is going to look like him with only martial arts training

Dear Bioneer. Maybe someday you can do a video for us on the benefits of traditional sling shots, acroballistics, like the warriors of old. I believe that war arts like longbow (see Joe Gibbs), and the sling with its rotational stress on the shoulders, and “persian yoga” styles or Gama style Indian calisthenics are all great modalities for physical development.

Because I have lost weight, I got to a point where I want to lean down but struggling because I weigh less. So, it requires me to add weighted bodyweight training. On a somewhat related note with regard to how these characters are drawn: people need to remember that anime and manga use a simplified, exaggerated visual language. In the same way characters eyes and mouths tend to be much larger than is realistic, their muscles often are too. As an artist, if I wanted to draw a Bruce Lee type physique, then doing so with Bruce Lee's actual proportions would be quite difficult, as I'd need to use an extremely high level of detail and very effective shading to make his lean athleticism clear. Otherwise he'd just look like a skinny dude. It would be much easier to draw him with the most prominent muscles just a bit exaggerated. You've gotta remember that most people aren't taking a ruler to manga panels to see exactly how big a character's muscles are, instead they just take it in at a glance. So even if exaggerated manga Bruce Lee has bigger muscles than real Bruce Lee, someone looking at both side to side would probably perceive them as pretty similar. But people get really caught up trying to achieve the exact, literal physiques of fictional characters, without realizing that achieving the same impression isn't actually that hard.

I got a massive and very important question, is it safe for teens to do this sort of thing? Like say 13-15, because I've got a growth condition where my bone and muscle growth is still behind, and so is a big part of my puberty, but I do alot of martial arts, and because of my age I mainly get put against adults because, any kids I get put against, well... Isnt really fair, so I never have the physical strength to keep up with adults, so I'm trying to build dense muscle and bone but I know doing it to a certain extent is dangerous when your not fully developed, also Im about 97-98 pound and can't really get much more, than that at my current stage so I can't dirty bulk or anything like that Ps I'm a massive garou fan and would love to have a similar physique, which I already do, it's just not very toned

I realize that your martial art training (basically practising jab-cross) may come from Holyland, considering you're a manga nerd like most of us, am I wrong thinking that's what you're trying to emulate ? Also seeing your build (big lats, average length arms) I think you'd see you're well equiped for hooks and uppercuts, you could incorporate a bit of body work on the heavy bag, that might feel good. Anyway thanks for the video and take care, bye for now ;)
