Your content has inspired me to add not so typical aspects to my workouts. I hike/trail run 4 to 5 times a week in very hilly terrain. I've added body weight exercises, and use rocks as weights for squats, deadlifts and core work while out in the woods. I just hit semi-retirement (62yo f), and now that I am actually getting enough sleep I'm seeing almost newbie gains. Recovery was my key 😁

I like how you correlate training to "Youtubing", I see similar parallels... both with my training and KZbin and other areas, it shows everyone watching that the lessons from training can be applied in other areas. :) The point at the end is important though, I can't level up in all areas, cuz it will max you out and you can only put so much into this and that... for instance the role as a parent takes a lot of that energy and time, but at the same time, it has to or you'll fail the most important mission.
@TheBioneer2 ай бұрын
1000% on both those last two points. My training has taken a significant hit since I became a parent - and my business, too. Absolutely worth it without question! But also pretty hard work 😅😅
@ZenDragonYoutubeChannel2 ай бұрын
@@TheBioneer :) Yea and it's a tricky balance. I don't earn my living off of content creation, KZbin is just pocket change, but yesterday I got a message all the way from Algeria form someone I inspired to train, so it's meaningful and motivates me to train too... on one hand I have even more to balance with a job as a pedagouge, on the other hand I don't need to do as much business stuff or worry as much about the economic consequences whenever something unpredictable happens with KZbin. But it can be difficult to keep the passion for the content, without letting it consume you to the point where you function less well as a parent, or even to let so much go of the content that the passion fades.... I also wanna inspire my son by showing him I followed my passion. Anyways, keep it up, you're on the right track, I'm sure you'll inspire your kid in many ways, and I hope that 20-30 years from now you're still active sharing and inspiring others to do the same.... that's my plan anyways :)

High reps build conditioning primarily and strengthen secondary. Intensity builds strength primarily and conditioning secondary. If you do high reps and high intensity, you build both.

That's a bit excessive for a single work out. If you did that over the entire day. All in proper form, no cheating whatsoever then sure. Any body weight exercise builds both endurance, strength, flexibility. Stronger tendons. Anyway you gotta make it your lifestyle if you want the gains to last more than a few months after you achieve the desired strength feat, look or simply physique.

Brother does doing natural bodybuilding make me slow and less athletic or not?
@TheDarknessDragon2 ай бұрын
If your brother is doing it then no, it won't make you slow :) It won't make him slow either tbh. As long as both yours and your brother's muscles are not too bulky like that of an Ultra Super Saiyan, then you don't need to worry. Remember, Goku explained this entire thing to Gohan in the hyperbolic time chamber? And cell also gave a lecture to Future Trunks on that.
@Jay-ho9io2 ай бұрын
Neither natural or chemical enhanced bodybuilding inherently makes you slow and less athletic. You have to pay attention to the exercises you do and weigh the strength to mass ratio of your body against your total mass.
@jackrabbitism2 ай бұрын
From watching this channel I would suggest the answer is no, if you incorporate some athletic and powerful movements into your bodybuilding routine. But if you only focus on muscle size, maybe.
@norbertnagy5514Ай бұрын
If anything, being natural only will make you faster and more athletic. With steroids what you worry about is a real concern, so your goal should be your body's natural limit. There are exoections, like if you want to be a professionar sprinter, marathon runner, or similar running athlete, you do want to stay lightweight. But for all around strenght, its better to build your body

Well, if you ever watched anime its literally for all ages, most of them are shonen(meaning around 12-pg is the recommended age, because there can be blood violence and similar things), but occasionally, there are seinenen anime targeted at adults and older, there are genres like thriller and such(one example is Monster). Just instead of the media being a live film, its animated, thats literally the difference.
