I have the exact same GPU and the temperatures are very high whe§n at 100% load. I have read that the Ventus fans are terrible. I ended up undervolting my card and the temperatures are lower and the fan noise has decreased considerately.

So what would you recommed for 1,85 cm person?

I think latest games will never deliver us ultra high settings feasibly. Latest gpus will do that for any title that was "latest" a couple of years ago. gamedevs and gpus, only when we absolutely hit a gpu performance ceiling, devs will use it as a constraint

upgrading from 3000 series to 4000 series is not worth it, but if you're a gens lower, then def go for 4060

No unfortunately AMD is not going to deliver a better CPU next year, a leak has just shown that the 9900X3D and 9950X3D will only have 3DVcache on a CCD like the 7950X3D...

From my msi 2070 super ventus 2x oc, the ONLY issue I have with this card is it's temp, which isn't terrible 80c at 100 percent. However I have a extreme curve to the fans and am starting to suspect that I'm having issues as it gets past 80 degrees. It can handle the games but now it's for how long. When upgrading the thermal paste (gpu)and upgrading to thermal putty (vram) I think only extended it's temp life by two years. Been a great card but especially when considering a decent overclock I put on it as soon as it was installed.

I PERSONALLY NOTICED THAT THE AMD GPUs HAVE WAY LESS CPU OVERHEAD COMPARED TO NVIDIA GPUs ! I OWN A 4080s with an i5 13600k, and a second PC with rx 7900 xtx and ryzen 7 7700x ! AND THERE IS WAY LESS BOTTLENECK IN SOME CPU BOUND SCENARIOS ON AMD GPU COMPARED TO NVIDIA GPU !

In most tests i have seen its basically a 15-30fps difference and in 1440p most tests showed 10-20fps. Imo you're paying a 100$ more for an overclock not worth it unless you get it for the same price as a rtx4060. Thanks for the video!

I have this set up. Haven’t had any problems running anything at 1440p with an Alienware DWF Ultrawide monitor! I have stalker 2 running everything with on epic with DLSS performance. I could upgrade the CPU but I still don’t feel the need! What does everyone else think? Should I upgrade?

Have one with a 5700x and I play everything in 1440p. I'll wait for the 5060 to change gpu.
