Hey as long as you have the wide virtual cockpit then yes it does. Slightly different on the smaller versions.

I've used Carly for 2 years and i had no issue with it a part of Show Speed communication ( transfer ) After change it for a BimmerCode + Link what can I say i really miss Carly :)) where i had access to all brands and everything in one place. Bimmercode & Bimmerlink did not bring anything new to the table for my 740D 2014 and trust me just to try to connect to BimmerCode/ Link with Ethernet cable its a pain in the *** you have to fallow some steps like ( disable you Bluetooth / wife ) go to seething and switch on ethernet tethering every time. My opinion is get Carly way better and no headache, i will renew my license for sure. :) Stay safe all. :)

HI Mate, I've done this completely! Great video! But in the process I pulled some wires out of the harness that go back into the engine bay by mistake. Do you know where those wires go that come out of the Climate Control specifically? As in the small connector and the big connector on the Climate Control, do they both go to the ECU or does one go to the MMI? I am thinking I need to find the other source of the wires and replace the entire harness altogether. Thanks again Mate! Great video! Hope you can help my new situation out!

It actually senses the theoretical tyre pressures based on wheel rotation speed. If the tyre pressure is too low, the tyre's diameter is changed and, as a result, so is its rotation speed. It works through the ABS sensors.

That's not an option for apple carplay unfortunately so. The video is just showing you how to connect carplay and use it as it says in the title.

1. The User Guide specifically says "Format SD card in camera only..." - not on an external laptop etc - are you saying disregard this instruction? I just had this camera (including matching rear camera) installed in a brand new car by the supplying dealer... it doesn't work! 9 times out of 10 when camera boots up it is frozen (no access to Settings 'cog' on screen) and if I do manage to get into Settings it says 'No rear camera connected'... I have reformatted the supplied SD card and replaced it, as well as hard Reset the camera numerous times - nothing has worked. Every time it powers up the touchscreen is frozen!

Formatting memory card on PC/Laptop has been shown to be more effective for a fix than formatting on a dash cam itself. Please note formating in any way doesn't solve all issues as there may be hardware or software issues at play.

Please check your headunit version this should work with all sync 3 systems. If not refer to owners manual.

You were specific about maintaining the voltage. Why is that so important? What could not maintaining it cause?

The process takes up to an hour. If battery voltage is not powered or maintained the car will lose all power during programming and you will cause irreversible damage to modules.

It seems a previous owner of my F32 did this upgrade because I have the option for Screen Mirroring and CarPlay in the menu, but when I try to connect my phone to the car, I am asked for a password which is nowhere to be found. Would you have any idea on how to reset the password please?

You are trying to connect via WiFi. This is the issue. Click on carplay on the car menu and connect via Bluetooth from your phone.

Hi there, Thanks for the video. I will try your fixes. Currently I have upgraded my firmware after getting White screens and a purple/pink pixelated screen. The firmware update has got rid of the white screen, but this morning i got the pixalated purple screen. Then all ok, through the day. Will let you know once ive formated and or upgraded my Micro SD

Hi, the issue usually happens because of a memory card which hasn't been formatted correctly. If issue happens again then indeed it's the hardware.
