I finally was able to sit and watch - wow! Just wow! I love a wrap up and this didn't disappoint. I am left wishing I had an aesthetic - help!

I love this. I learned flicking a couple years ago. I was taking two flights to the east coast and I just decided to practice flicking until I got good at it. By the end of the day i was pretty fast at it. I wrap once around each finger. It’s fascinating to watch how everyone does something different.

My favorite make of 2024 was definitely my Epic MAL project the Fiberfest shawl by Stephen West. I made a Christmas version and definitely tackled some fears! But I did it! Four tear backs. A few swears snd success! 😅

Thank you for the video! I just finished my first pair of socks! It took me 2 months without much previous experience in knitting. I'm happy at the result and your video is immensly helpful. One thing to add though - I was knitting a small size of socks (56 stiches cast-on) and i purled 5 stiches across the second row of the start of the heel flap. With 4 stiches as noted in the video the gusset stitch count was not an even number as in the video.

I think that if I were to learn another craft, it would probably be weaving…right after I finally make that rug hooking kit that I bought two years ago 😂 But I really love the look of weaving

Thank you for the code! I treated myself to Stoker 💖 I'm looking forward to some weaving inspiration. I have a very neglected little Ashford loom that might need some love and use!

Great year of projects and memories with each one that you have. I for one love to see all your quilting and *beading*. Yes all the beading that you are doing. Maybe do a separate one for those or save it for the end in case no one else wants to see but he’s. I do. 😂. Thanks and enjoy the rest of 2024 and here’s to new starts for 2025 😃

so here for the weaving!!! I have no clue how to weave and it's not a hobby I can get into anytime soon (I have neither the space or money for a loom), but I absolutely adore the way woven fabric looks. Your scarf is gorgeous! As usual your choice in colours is immaculate

Oh gosh, tell me about it! I don't see myself getting a floor loom anytime soon. NO idea where I'd even put it 😅 Right now my rigid heddle has taken over the kitchen. 😂

Yey, I'm very exciting for the weaving projects! It was craft we used to do as a teenagers, but then knitting took over it, I definitely sorry for not keeping the loom (it was one of the tiniest for accessory, although I know my grandma has made even carpet, but I can't say where 🤔 )

If I accidentally got my sock turned inside out (wrong side out) when I get to the heel part do I need to knit it backwards? (As in wrong side first then right side?)

It may be two years later, but she is a beauty.
