so i did this when i migrated my os from my hhd to my ssd, and everything functions correctly...but my ssd's drivers were deleted and replaced with my hhd's drivers and now my ssd shows up as 500gb but it's 2tb. any idea were i can restore my drivers my ssd is a tforce vulcan z 2tb

so if everything worked out after the OS migration and I am looking to wipe the old drive to use for something else. Simply using windows to reformat the drive is fine right? I dont need to change the boot order in my bios again or use a special method to wipe the drive yeh?

I must be really old, because I’ve never had a problem using the launchers from Steam, GOG, Blizzard, etc. separately. Maybe I don’t have as many games as other people do….75 in Steam and 40 in GOG. I still remember putting the CD in the computer and just playing the game from a start menu or an icon on the desktop. Like I said, I’m old.

Why are all these "review" videos not actually reviewing how the products work. Not seen one real world test yet in all the videos I have seen. Everyone does the home test which no one is buying these for, we need to see how they work when things are actually lost.

The issue I seem to be having, is I bought a new laptop and formatted the external 5tb HD in exFat. It worked forever correctly and suddenly, Win 11 decided to change the drive letter. Windows Explorer recognizes the disk, just not under the letter all my games and files are set up for. Disk management doesn't recognize the drive until I unplug it and plug it back in. Then it will not let me change the drive letter giving me a "The system cannot find the file specified" error. Not sure what to do at this point.

Helped me out a lot. The only thing is that as of now it's been updated to where I had to actually adjust the size of the new drive manually by sliding it over. Didn't realize that until repeating the process over again. It also doesn't give the option of an auto/manual bios setting. A+ into.

Awesome Video...One problem i see is that we cannot customize the installation when using chocolatey.....for ex: when install git on windows there are a ton of customization options and it will be hard to customize after the installation unless we know how to change each setting....

I migrated Windows with 0 problems from a HDD to an SDD but I wasn't able to boot Windows with the SDD but I can still boot with the HDD, it's like I have all the Windows files on an SDD but at the same time I can't boot with that drive, so, what do I do now?

I have the Cherry MX Silent switches and bought a lube kit to lube everything up after 6-7 years of intense gaming with it and CANNOT get these gahtdayum switches out of this keyboard lol. Do i need to take the back screws and everything out? Or should I just be able to pop switches out??? I personally really like OneGameLauncher. Very simple, lightweight, clean UI. You can set launch options that lets ROMS automatically launch from their respective emulators, so you just click on the game covers (which can also be customized) and it launches them!
