In the final process how do the two halves fuse? Do you pull off one edge on one half so the halves overlap and then the bag inside expands and joins them? How much overlap?

Awesome video, especially the end result was INCREDIBLE. However if anyone tries doing this please think twice about wearing it on the streets. There are no tests done on this what so ever. And without it you will never know if it’s DOT or SNELL approved. Your life is worth more than an awesome looking carbon fiber helmet.
