I’m 32…I didn’t start pulling til I got Covid and my hair started falling out. I only pull on my head and when I’m not around anyone. I try to keep myself busy but it hasn’t worked. I’ve shaved my head and it also didn’t help me. I’m at a loss. I just want to cry. This video really gives me hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I noticed when I had to stop was when I noticed thinning on my crown and I thought i was going bald (I’m a 22 yr old man) none of my brothers are bald and my oldest brother he’s 34 and he isn’t bald just a receding hairline which is normal at that age. But none of my other brothers so I knew it couldn’t be balding. I know it may sound crazy but I didn’t even know it was because of my trichotillomania 😂. Even though I twist and pull my hair out from the roots 🤦🏾‍♂️ sometimes I don’t even recognise I’m doing it. I picked up all the hair form the floor and it made ball of hair and this is only from my bedroom so imagine all the other rooms I’ve been doing this in.

Mines always my chin and edge of mustache areas, i can only stop when i put all my intention into growing and grooming a big beard. I have to think about my beard and growing it very long all day every day to stop pulling them tho. Minoxidil, collagen peptides, biotin, and folate is how i grow back missing areas. Zinc too.

I put my corn on fuzzys a few weeks ago. She will be 1 year in a month. She is really starting to get some real girth on her and she seems to be really long already. She might be on the longer side. 23 grams as of 3 weeks ago. Very docile, no defense poses just a corn snake that just simply wants to be a corn snake
