Think of it like this, it’s pro Q3 with the added features. If you don’t like the added features you can still use it as you would with pro Q3. The thing is, the features will be there just in case you might need them. Upgrades and change is good and this my friends are a good upgrade. I like it. They did a good Job. We complain too much at times. Embrace the technology and create.

pro Q4 is great but Soothe2 approach is very different, sometimes Pro Q4 can do it correctly but Soothe4 still on top, I wish pro q4 on that area would be as good a soothe to save time and power but right now it is far away in sound terms.

What do you think about combining Neumann KH750 subwoofer with ATCs? Also, can combining Eve and that subwoofer is overkill?

Adding a DSP sub might work with the ATC. I have plenty of low end on the eves so no need for subs so yeah it's going to be an overkill for sure

Salut! Nu neaparat negativ. Doar ca cei de la Eve m-au sfatuit sa merge pe 3010 ca sunt de-ajuns pentru camera mea. 3012 ar fi fost prea mari si dupa ce am stat cu 3010 sunt de acord.

Nice desk for the price point, height would be an issue for me tho. For a bit more I picked up an AZ workstation desk, the AZ-2, which they even allowed me to customize.

The height is not that bad considering the target - producers that want the midi keyboard in front of them. It's a small tradeoff

@@2probeats I built a 36u mastering style desk with master keyboard draw 88 key. I used pine wood and stained in black. It took me 4 weekends to make at a total cost of 550 Euros. I added 3 side rakes at a later date. If you use a block system the woodwork is quite simple. Picture in my bio..

Atc with their sub would have been a better combination in my opinion. The AtC midrange and clarity is out of this world. Try ATC 20 or Amphion one 18 with the Eve. Really great for mixing.

With ATCs you’re just adding more bass with a subwoofer you don’t change the sound of the monitors. For crossovers and bass managemnt I would have to use a different solution and I didn’t want to complicate things. Also I was ready to let the ATCs go and move to something else
