Hi brother, I was curious about your videos since i saw someone leaving a psu job and switching to private side of industry. I know and I'm sure that it was already a well thought decision and there wont ever be anything to regret on having done that, but it's very common for a human brain to feel low at one point and to focus on the negatives of whatever we have achieved and the grass seems to look greener on the other side..also, since you have come accross both the industries, you are one of the most right persons to enquire for the ups and downs of the both of them. I wish if you could bring up some clarity on topics like, in which industry you work for now, and how it pays compared to pfrda etc, changes confronted in work pressure, life style, advices for others to take the same step as you did or not etc. Trust me on this, this shall be very generous of you as it would give a lot of guidance/outlook to the youtube family.

Hi Vaibhav. This video was really helpful. As of now i have 2.2 years of work ex in IT and 4 months in a public sector bank. Meanwhile i got a 725 gmat focus score. I am from Rewari, Haryana. I need your guidance as I have cleared the UIIC AO exam and have been posted in Chandigarh. Additionally, I have also been selected for the GIC Assistant Manager position, with a posting in Mumbai. I am very confused about which position to join. There is no problem for me regarding the distance of the posting; I just want to make the best choice. Could you please advise me on what to join? Also, if I join GIC, is there a possibility of getting a posting in Delhi later on and what is the gross salary of gic right now? Hi Sir! I have my own business (have my trade license and gst registration). I have generated a revenue of more than 14 lacs. Also am involved with a local NGO. Will that be considered as work-ex? GEM candidate 8-7-7. I have been working for more than 2 years, if I keep at it for 2-3 yrs more will I be able to convert the same B-schools? Any word of advice would greatly help. Thanks a lot!!!!
