Sir, you have given a very detailed info regarding job profile at GIC Re. Most of the channels have failed to give this much information even for many prominent examinations. The only part in the video i am unable to grasp that if Various websites are showing Rs 65000 as in hand. Does it include Rs 20000 as leased accomodation compensation or in addition to that?? which makes it around 85000-90000 per month. Btw thanks fornthe video.

If the other organisation agrees to transfer the bond, then you don't have to pay anything to anybody and just serve the remainder period in the other organisation. For me, PFRDA did not allow such a transfer and therefore I had to liquidate the bond.

You can assume some deductions from salary (income tax, NPS) and arrive at the approx in hand. There are some other perks as well available after probation. As far as the money being "enough" for Mumbai, I would say either it is never enough or anything is enough. It depends on your lifestyle and your ability to be flexible about it more than anything else.

Always there but ofcourse there can be many other factors at play. But in general the chances are good that you can get foreign postings in your career with GIC Re.

Usually gets transferred if the other organization agrees. In my case, PFRDA did not agree back then and I had to liquidate the bond and pay GIC Re around 3.5-4 lacs.

Used to be around 40k 5 years ago. Might have increased somewhat now. Plus lease of 20k was increased to 30k a few years ago.

As per the bond conditions at that time, if one left the company within 1 year, he/she would have to pay back the entire compensation drawn. If the employee left after 1 year but before 4 years, then ₹2 lacs would be payable in damages on pro-rata basis. For eg- employee leaves in 6 months, pays compensation for 6 months. Employee leaves in 2 years, pays ₹1 lac (50% of ₹2 lac as 2 years is 50% of 4 years)

@@rpdnes9777 Don't think there are hard and fast rules regarding tattoos but visible tattoos look unprofessional. So I guess as long as tattoos are concealed, there shouldn't be any impact.
