It seems when Jamaicans building their own homes they chose the smallest windows to save on the prices of the windows. Concrete homes are hot and needs larger windows for ventilation. Good potential for this property.

Friendship Meadows is only 20mins walk from GC FOSTER College... I wouldn't really say it's Spanish Town. Definitely a nice cool neighbourhood. Sounds like a good investment for a first time buyer.

I knw Friendship Meadows (Fairview Park) well. Very nice community...good roads and land space is unbelievably large
