Kyurem Black is an ice type with a massive attack stat. Despite this, it couldn't learn any physical ice moves other than its terrible signature move until gen 9, where it got icicle spear. Why doesn't GameFreak just nerf the move instead of just removing the distribution of it so heavily? I like the idea of the move, but the fact that it's the best move for spreading burn, aside from Will-O-Wisp (which is almost a Ghost Type move in a way), is crazy. A WATER move is a better burn-inflicting move than Flamethrower. Just nerf the Burn chance to 20% instead of 30%, and remove it from SOME Pokémon, not this guy. I like the flavor reasons they gave this Scald.

Crazy idea but infernape should be one of the fire types that gets scald (with the other, Emboar, Coalossal and Centiskorch). He is based on those hot spring monkeys, that should be a good reason to get it.
