Let us not forget that there was a short time where a No Guard mon could have a OHKO moves in a legal format. You could teach Machop family Fissure in RBY and transfer it into Gen 7. While it would be given its Hidden Ability, you could use an Ability Capsule to change it to No Guard. The only problems were that its IVs were randomized when put into Home and there was no other way for it to have Fissure, even breeding. As such, there was no way to guarantee a viable Machamp with Fissure for competitive use. Unfortunately, because Home resets moves and don't keep tabs of what they could've had, there is no way to use Fissure Machamp in any upcoming games.

Changing the type is actually really simple. You just have to grind a lot of terrestrial then until you get 50 terrestrial shards very silly of me but I thought before you had to get 150 but now you only have to get 50 to change one Pokémon so. Or you could just get lucky and find the Ron in five star rate then and then do that one.

could you potentially do a weird combo where you lower chanseys attack as much as possible then use say, Double slap on a pokemon with anger point in order to self trigger the crit chance attack stat max? edit- nvm chanseys moveset doesn't seem to have a decent multi-hit move for multiple attempts at a crit turn 1. i could be mistaken though

It's main downside that I didn't see is that in double battles, it hits your ally and all foes, meaning that you'd need to use Protect or a Ghost type to use the move safely. Only a draw back in doubles tho

Still not as strong as a fully powered Rage Fist or a fully powered Last Respect.

I think cosmog is the only time the pokemon series found a new pokemon and didn't just name it its name. Usually the gang just nicknames it its name, but nebby was the one exception

I made a gimmick unique items team in gen 7 OU with a lucky punch chansey, trying to make something out of charge beam+serene grace and ice beam and flamethrower for some cheesy crits and status. It was bad but fun
