Um wow it should be illegal to layoff someone one week before having a baby / maternity leave - that’s awful

Hello Amber! I recently joined team new mum ;) but I've been watching your videos for quite a while now. Thanks to you I cloth diaper my son. I started not that long ago, when he was 2 months old and reached 6kg. Your videos about cloth diapering are great, they were a huge help, very informative 😊 We basically didn't have any problems with diaper rush, until now because it's very hot where I live and because from time to time we use regular diapers. He is still small and relatively not mobile, so I let him lay on the changing matt even for half an hour without his diaper on, couple of times a day. I put cloth underneath, so even when he pees its no big deal. We play or I read him sth, he loves it 😊 P. S. I really enjoy all your videos! ❤

@@janerizzoli1150 oh my goodness wow thank you so much for your sweet comment!! I am so happy those videos were helpful for you 🙌 The heat can definitely be an issue 🥵 part of the reason I didn’t cloth diaper right away was because it was summer in AZ and so so hot. But giving his little bum some diaper free time should definitely help. I hope it clears up really soon and thank you again for letting me know all this 🥹❤️❤️

What are your thoughts about how many toys kids should have??
@dawnwasshoward27 күн бұрын
I take my friends young son to a play scheme every week, they have some toys there, but mostly the kids use their imagination and do a lot of crafts. There are a lot of things like cardboard boxes and tubes all sizes, bits of fabric, paper, all sorts of things. Adults don't interfere - except for safety reasons - the kids just play and a great time.

Prefolds are bae you can literally just tri fold them and lay them in a cover mimicking an aio Prefolds traditionally was something wrapped around and pinned on baby. However they are so versatile and easy to use I use them with pockets and covers and I even lay them ontop of the pocket because they are natural they don’t have to be stuffed

I loved loved loved the nb diapers and regretted so much that I didn’t have them with my first in cloth from day one. Thankfully I was able to get some by the second week and it was so much fun. With my next I was sure to have them and enjoyed using them right in the hospital. Using nb diapers is actually the easiest and most effective times to use cloth as they are easier to use and they keep blowouts contained which is a huge headache. Anyone not using cloth in the nb stage is majorly missing out!
