Does anybody remember if when you girdle a tree that has a 4 inch shell and a d b h of 54 inches. Dewatering a hemlock, you might call it! When the stem was dropped with less of a weight. Then the felled stem was opened up. The tannins contained and sent to the beef trade for the manufacture of leather? I wonder why this way of life is being forgotten about? Hmmmm?

The trick to a future monetary inclusion for the entire world population. Will this be added to the world economic wallet? Balance can be the benefit. The more the chores that have to be done on the land, in our families, communities regardless of traditional economic tools that can have everyone pencilled in to a budget I’m sure the entire population would vote to approve. Wouldn’t you agree? Thank you have a great day.

Michael Saylor is a very well practiced salesman of bitcoin. He has had plenty of time to come up with all the right things to say because he has to persuade people that bitcoin is worth something because he owes millions of dollars that he borrowed to buy bitcoin. he cant afford to let bitcoin go down. All of that energy that he talks about is alot of power and who is going to pay the power bill once all of the bitcoins have been mined? how will the miners get paid if they do not get new bitcoin and new bitcoin pays for the energy right?

Interesting stuff. Unfortunately the exaggerated fud about EVs (e.g. 5x tire wear - from personal experience I can tell that is BS) hurt the credibility of this gentleman.

Hey Melody. I am glad you are looking into the detail in the housing market but you use a lot of jargon to the real estate, mortgage and finance world that most people don't understand. Your message is already complicated enough without all the jargon. It would be sooooo helpful if you would just take a beat and define when you bring up a term or an acryonm. thank you.

18 months of forbearance is insane if those loans were accruing interest still. But with over inflated housing prices, if banks foreclosed they wouldn't be upside down on those loans.... and if those loans had mortgage insurance, it would cover the losses banks/financial institutions had on the sales of those properties. Either way the debt/losses still fall on the average American to pay.

Fact check: EV tyres wear out about 20% faster than ICE. Anas is telling us 4 to 5 times faster (400% to 500%). He needs to justify this with a reference or withdraw the comment. I'm usually a fan of the good Dr, but in this case, I believe he is wrong.

Energy demand in Africa will grow over the dreams of any industry. Why didn't happen before is long story. The thing is, that African leaders will have to respond to the economy and public demands in the cities and industrie parks. Once it starts there is no way to stop not even the western ecological concerns! Ethiopia will be the first, due to the Renaissance Dam, Ethiopia will be able to electrify a large part of the country. Industrialisation in the country is already happening fast. 123 million people will see a strong transformation in their lives, increasing their energetic need and demand will sky rocket. We already are seeing this in India, but I recon in Africa the demand will be sudden and appear as unexpected. Nigeria is the other focus point, with 218 million, they are increasing consumption is so crazy, it will not take much for it to consume most of its own production, it already consumes over 1/3 of their own production, in 5 years I can guess it will be over 2/3.

Democratic Socialists of America, who are the liberal left of the democratic party adhere to the belief that the end justifies the means. In other words, if fake news is repeated over and over then it becomes a truth because to them, facts and truth are insignificant as the only thing important is pushing their agenda.

**Headline: Russian Gasoline Disaster as Export Ban Extended** This situation is a stark reminder that today's fiat currency-driven leaders often behave like a group of children, pointing fingers and creating crises instead of seeking real solutions. Their shortsighted policies and blame games only exacerbate the problems they are supposed to solve, highlighting the inefficacy of a system driven by unstable and manipulated currency.

Iraq has lacked any reliable grid electricity since 2003. If Iraq had enjoyed a continuous 24/7 electricity supply, it would have required burning over 22 billion cubic feet of natural gas or 4 million barrels of oil daily. To put this in perspective, 22 billion cubic feet of natural gas daily is all what Iran can produce daily and almost 1.5 time more than all of what Qatar produces daily. If Iraq had used its own oil locally for electricity generation, 4 million barrels of oil daily - none of that oil would have been available for export. A 4 million barrels of oil daily - is the amount of oil needed to keep India moving daily, or the multi trillion dollar economy stops in no time. If war stops in Gaza, that war-torn region would need an extra 5 million barrels of oil daily to rebuild Gaza, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Sudan, Libya. if war stops in Ukraine, another extra 5 million barrels of oil would be needed. It becomes evident the the agency of War is one of the most effective methods to supress civil societies demand for fossil fuels, beside a pandemic or any yet to be seen similar mass processes. Peak Oil Demand in the commons cannot materialise unless the world is deeply living today inside a vicious Peak Oil Musical Chairs Game. If this is true, then War and civil wars must been seen going from nation to nation, region to region quickly. The Magna Carta requires today overhauling adding to it the right for humans to understand what Energy really means before any other commandment; “In any system of energy, Control is what consumes energy the most. No energy store holds enough energy to extract an amount of energy equal to the total energy it stores. No system of energy can deliver sum useful energy in excess of the total energy put into constructing it. This universal truth applies to all systems. Energy, like time, flows from past to future” (2017).

This will be with many countries the some thing. Gas production in Iran is mostly used internally it has been growing exponentially both production and consumption.

Nixon temporarily suspended gold to defend the dollar from the speculators, temporarily, not 53 years right??? And when the Shaw wanted to raise oil prices more then 400%, king Saud sent his oil minister to ask why, and the Shaw said: "If his Excellency wants the answer to this question, he will need to go to Washington and ask Henry Kissinger, the very same guy that engineered the 400% oil shock with his "Shuttle diplomacy" between Saudi Arabia, Damascus and Tel Aviv, lying to all sides. Informally the US told the King it would be ashame if such a peaceful country like Saudi Arabia were to have a revolution and overthrow to monarchy, and when the king's minister suddenly dropped dead in a New York hotel room, the informal agreement was understood
