GNoida Authority sectors Jaise Delta 2, Omicron-3 etc m rates 135000/SQM pr sale ho rhe h, Iss KZbinr ki baton m ake kai log Plot nhi le paye, iske 3 saal purane video dekho, 50k pr bolta tha rates km ane wale h. Rates ab kbhi km nhi hone wale. Fisrt Priority Greater Noida h isilye iske rates humesha Yamuna se jyada hi rahenge. Budget h to le lo abhi bhi.

Bilkul safe hai, aur bahut hi premium place ho gya h, charo aur IT hub aur residentials hain, but rate bahut high h, chote plot ka rate 1.5L per sqmt se bhi jyada

144 and 145 is the safe place to invest but not good for living purposes because Kisan Kota Plots are not as good as general plots for living.
