I'm going to do the same thing for Buddy, bro. I heard one of those little bastards yapping the night Buddy went missing, and the next day I knew. I'm not going to stop at one, either. I've always hated those cowardly little bastards. Yeah, I understand that's how nature works, but I'm part of how nature works too, and I'm relentless.

Great video, the tip of using the wrench to break the ball joints was spot on! I used that tip with it on the tractor and left the ball joints on the wheel hubs worked out great. Thanks to your video replaced all seals in less than two hours. Tractor is a 5410. Will be looking for more great videos. Thanks again from Alabama.

So happy I found this and that you took the time to share it. I am restoring a flats boat that went through hurricane Dorian in Abaco with this exact motor. It’s been sitting since before the hurricane. Thanks to you, I know I can get it going again. I’ll keep you posted!

Wish I knew what was wrong with my L118! Won't fire without starting fluid, somehow a bunch of crap is in the tank ( looks like yours) and it keeps clogging my fuel line and it's leaking oil from somewhere. I mean it's all over the engine, can't pinpoint the location. Cleaned the motor looking mew a few weeks ago and it's covered in shit already. Previous tenant left it here so it just became mine. But it's a nightmare

My bar was all chewed up by the maniacs who built my trailer cranking down the bolts with a drill. I had to beat the hub over with a mini-sledge and now it's over a bit too far and it's making the spring sit wonky. But at least the tension is finally correct. Thanks for the vid!

Save yourself the gloves next time. Put the grease and the bearings in a zip lock bag and then squeeze them.

Can confirm those connections up top, the ones at the rear of the tank (maybe mine had a bunch of junk in them,) were a pain. Sure it didn’t hurt to have the bed off already. Kudos to all you super DIYers. I watched everything and this was still a struggle bus. Every connection and fastener decided it was 23 years old and very comfortable where it was!

Drop the tank, the first time it's a real chore. 2nd time it's super easy. You can do this working on your back with only the front end on ramps. Just keep the gas tank low to empty before dropping it down.

And if you’re like me and you broke down with 3/4 of a tank, 2 floor jacks (or like me) a floor jack cross beam work good to get it down. I strapped mine to the beam with a tie down just for a little extra safety.

I’ve been looking for weeks for this video. I must’ve looked at 100 of them and none of them go into detail the way that you have with the fuel rail, the intake manifold and everything to do with the separator tank fantastic job thank you. Now I’m feeling much better about tackling this issue

Good video, I just changed one on Mer. 115 hp. One tip you might want to try when threading the wires from the new tilt/trim motor up through that split grommet is to thread one wire at a time through and put a bit of grease on the wires. It makes threading them through the grommet a lot easier. I also used some very stiff wire and shaped it onto a long thin hook and used to pull all the other cables and wires out of the way when threading the tilt/trim wires through. That way the tilt/trim wires came right up through with no hindrance from all that clutter in the way. It will safe you removing the oil tank.

I won't bother going into detail as this comment will get buried under countless others but this is pure cinema. An unusual window into a world far from mine but yet so close in terms of values and grief. Just the way he talks about death and his effort while revenge isn't something that will ever amount to anything keeps me coming back to this video countless times. Thank you

What an absolute pain in the ass my Carolina skiff JVX was. I’m finishing up the job now. Carolina skiff thought it was smart to put a tilt helm that has a complete different size bolt pattern and hole on the center console. So after a lot of swearing, ordering a hole saw and drilling. Finally getting it done. Forgot to mention, had to remove my back deck to even get access to remove old steering cable.

People keep whining about "oohhhh Coyote just tryna survive 😭" The Coyote didn't even eat the cat! They killed the cat for sport and took a few tiny nibbles. Plus the man still needs to protect his other livestock; Coyotes are nothing but an expensive pest for Ranchers.

It appears your grease gun is maxed out in the tightened position. The end above the second nut (the one your loosened) is adjustable. The threaded collar turns to tighten and loosen around the Zerk. You should adjust it before slipping it on, so it doesn't leak (too loose) or get stuck (too tight).
