Just watched this episode and what is sad about this quote is that it is too true for words. Karma doesn't favor good or bad, but those in motion.

If I had to describe Tokyo Ghoul with a single color, I wouldn’t say red, no, I would personally describe the series as Gray, it speaks in monotone volumes yet acts in vibrant themes, it’s truly beautiful, almost like an unspoken travesty

Luffy:I'm gonna kill akainu for taking my brother away from me. Nami: But, what if your decision of doing that ends up being the wrong one at the end. Luffy:That won't happen. Because I'm not wrong. Luffy:What's wrong.... Luffy:IS THIS MESSED UP WORLD (Gear 5 Transformation).

This one is one of those where the anime did the manga dirty, the manga was so much better, the anime never really touched on kaneki and his mother too much. I mean that in the sense that in the anime she was this altruistic super kind woman whose primary fault was overworking for her leech of a sister, but was always kind and loving to her son.... It's actually not at all true. Kaneki's passive mentality and belief of being the one to suffer pain for others and that's what kindness is, is actually a product of all the abuse and neglect he was put through first by his mother, who told him that as she viciously beat him to take out her stress, and convince him that it was right so he would never fight back. Then by his aunt after his mom died, who neglected him terribly and hated him, treating him like a leech and even blaming him for his mother's death rather than accept it was her who convinced her own sister to work herself to death for her.... This scene hits so much harder when you know all of that because after this, he faces the fact his mother was actually an awful person...

This speech is downright one for the books as one of the most savage anime villian monologues of all time and out of 50+ plus anime I've watched in whether sub or dub or a matter of both, this speech and the VA who did Bradley's voice is phenomenal. Production of Dub in this anime is 100/10 and it deserves the top 10 places of best dubbed anime like DBZ, Naruto, Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Code Geass and Attack on Titan to name a few. Excellent dubbing production.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5_EgouAotWqg5Y Another aspect that Archer does not see but is equally important to remember when it comes to the nature of ideals and why they exist in our world.
@denniszaychik86254 ай бұрын
"If you fight for ideals, then you'll only ever be able to save ideals." Wise words that Christians have trouble recognizing about themselves. Fighting in the name of an ideal you eventually become nothing more than an avatar of that ideal. Ideals are good as navigational guides, but the main thing that must never be forgotten is that nature remains nature and forsaking it for the sake of an ideal will bring you more harm than good.
