The characters are actually pretty good. They have motives and a meaning. I can see why some people dislike EWW content, sometimes the sins just are not true.

If anyone wanted to play a Saints Row game that looked and played this bad, there are several of them already. And of course these idiot characters had to be Woke. Goes without saying.

1) Laura did know James. He doesn't remember her though because that would confirm Mary didn't die 3 years ago. 2) Lakeview Hotel is 1.6 miles from the Historical Society, it shows on a billboard. 3) Laura goes into the hospital because of child logic, "I met Mary in a hospital. She's in Silent Hill. Could she be in the hospital?" 4) Angela isn't being "punished" for being a victim. She's there because of her the guilt she feels because of what she did, since her mother made her believe she deserved what happened. Her journey isn't about being judged, but about letting go of her guilt, which she's totally unable to do, so she still trapped. Silent Hill 2 isn't so much about judgment, but about the sense of guilt or lack thereof. 3) Eddie is the opposite case of Angela, which is why he is important to the story. He feels no guilt about what he did, because he's basically a psychopath who happened to be bullied. He falls very easily to his tendencies inside the town and ultimately ends up getting killed for them. 2) Maria is a creature, like any other, except she is sentient. She is not immediately aware of what her mission is, she just has kind of like an instinct of it, when you encounter her in the labyrinth, she's more aware of it, and even more in the hotel. It's like every time pyramid head takes her out, She comes back more manipulative and on a mission.

Silent Hill 2 was not the greatest of anything. People really hype that average game up. That was my first Silent hill experience and my favorite Silent hill game. But honestly Silent hills whole series was not good SH2 was average so that made it so much better than it was.

Beautiful graphics, destroyed by a newly square-jawed and even blander main protagonist, tedious Woke stereotypes, ludicrous outfits, laughably bad dialogue, and something not even worthy of being called a story. I thought the first game had issues. It did, but somehow they got worse. Of course, holograms flicker and are pixelated, because that's how they've been in every game featuring them for nearly thirty years. Then, of course, there are really stupid things like people going around with neon lights stuck to their heads but who can't make simple life enhancing everyday stuff - at one point Aloy marvels at someone who's made a sail for a boat ("Makes a change from rowing," she quips). How hard is it to make a sail for all of these idiots? It's a good job their ancestors invented the wheel.

James stopped going to the hospital. Thats why he never met Laura, she only knew of him through Mary, etc. He stopped going around the 2 year mark bc he couldnt take it anymore. I mean, how many times does Mary say "I was always waiting for you" in this game? Its like her freaking catchphrase. Shes waiting for him in Silent Hill, alone, EXACTLY HOW SHE FELT IN THE HOSPITAL. How can you possibly not only miss this absurdly obvious plot connection, but SIN it? 5. No, its not about "prison being long". Its about JAMES, his descent into this mental state, being long... three years long, in fact. Which is, as has been pointed out in every review of SH2 ever, exactly why he jumps down those holes. He is descending into his own personal hell, and the prison is a metaphor, not social commentary on our messed up justice system. How could you POSSIBLY sin this? The prison SHOULD go on uncomfortably long. It SHOULD leave you begging for this section to be over, just like a broken James had been pushed to do what he did for those 3 years to be over. Worst sin in the video so far, and I'm sure there will be more in the Hotel, but I wanted these points fresh in my mind. Your videos sucked when you first started compared to GCN. Then you became really great. This was disappointing. You kinda did what we all thought Bloober were gonna do. No offense, honestly, but come on. You went full CinemaSins here.
