After far as the bolt holes go. Would they just be filled with in with a tig torch? Or would another method be used to fill them in?

Random question. What ear protection do you use? I developed Tinnitus from cutting metal a couple years back, and I wanted to use something that protects at a high level. Great videos - you truly are a master who knows how to explain things and make them easily understandable. Thanks again!

Only limited by the molds ... now use magnetic or clamping molds instead of needing to drill and fill so many holes for the mold

@makeitkustom if you assemble a kit, I’d love to get one. We’re building a ‘34 Ford F1, of which is featured on my KZbin channel (Midwest Tool Review) and I’d love to try this method out.

My quote that I tell people about metal. "You can't force it, you need to ask the metal to do what you want it to do." When you start to understand metal, you will realize what you can and can't ask it to do.

You could use large ball bearings of your preferred size as the tool face? Easy and cheap to weld onto a cheap air hammer tool? Great video! 👍🇬🇧

Total novice here, but how would you ever get all those beads straight and at correct angles with a Pullmax? Yeah I suppose the ultimate craftsman might do it, but few of us have time or enough practice to develop that kind of skill. So you method which uses CNC for accuracy is IMHO THE way to do this. Plus, you really can’t screw it up, so no wastage or repeating!

Hell yeah dude! I highly recommend you watch some forming videos for aviation, perhaps reading the AC 43.13-1B (it's a free PDF from the FAA). There is tons of very useful information on metal working, electrical, etc, all avation focused, that can show you some neat tricks avi sheet metal guys like myself started with to get some sky-legal results. Bonus- mild steel is WAAAYY more forgiving than some of the aluminum and steel alloys used in the aerospace industry, furthering your incredible artistic skills with metal working

Question for you with K10 left front fender panel. The door edge of the fender panel and the actual hinge door edge has an enormous gap after everything is leveled.top edge is 1/4” and the bottom is 5/8” . I’ve checked my. Bolt positions and checked for spacing and just don’t know why there is such uneven gapping. Can you toss some idea and pointers. Been at this for weeks.

If you tap the holes in your backing piece you wouldn't need nuts, and it would be much easier to use.

You should maybe countersink the holes on the backing plate so you can put flat head bolts through from the back so it will sit flat on the work bench.
