I don’t understand all the comments I have heard about Fletcher following up on Max’s shot. Isn’t that what you want from your striker. To be in that position to catch a shot that might not be on target? Fletcher is a pro and does not need to steal goals from anyone. He immediately went to congratulate Max.

If we do hit problems up front during the winter times we have the january window to try to solve any weakness that may come. Looking all good at the moment.

Nice to put a face to Richard and hear his accent. I read all his Athletic articles about the club accessed from Vancouver Island. A good writer and lots of football knowledge. I realized his credibility with the article about him visiting most of the stadiums in the entire EFL!

Brum fan here I think Wrexham fans are great and honest in what you say and am starting to really like your club. I would be very surprised if you did not make the play off's at the very least.

A defeat is nether a good thing and defiantly not a defeat in that manner Wrexham was battered and made to look stupid on global TV after all the build up and clams of winning lol Birmingham Will not be pushing for games to be played in America they have zero interest in that and no one at Birmingham has ever talked about it, it was all just paper talk. Wrexham are not our big game Stockport will be a better game because they play football not park the Tank and they are much better than Wrexham and will most likely finish above them. We have already paid for Stansfield we paid cash because we can. By the way we have the lights and pyros at every home game that was not for little Wrexham its for our supporters. And yes we sell out every home game and our away allocation also. You need to get your feet back on the ground if you think otherwise. Just so you know if you are going to go to an away match then you need to grow a thicker skin not cry over a bit of liquid grow some ball man Felling threatened are you men or mice.

He is a very nasty player who is always to aggressive he is supposed to be sportsman he is not liked by any opposing teams not just us .

I felt exactly like you both after the Birmingham game, beaten by a better side but probably played the toughest game of the season and we should bounce back well over the next four games. Although last three games in October are Rotherham. Huddersfield and Charlton and therefore by the 1st November after 13/14 games we should have a good idea where Wrexham will be come the end of the season..

The first 20 mins showed the quality Wrexham have and i personally think they'll get playoffs at least, surprised Revan (sp) didn't start as he looked really good. Really enjoyed your podcast and i have to say Wrexham fans are about the most realistic fans i've seen in quite a while no disrespect just respect in the most part.

You was on about what it would be like being in the away end when we play villa well back in 2011 when we beat the villa in the league cup quarter final blues fans above were ripping the seats out of the floor and dropping them on the villa fans completely unacceptable but I guess Fanta is better than a seat

Enjoying this podcast. I'm a 66 year old Bluenose and was watching us in this league last time we were relegated. It's a wake up call for us and we needed relegation to happen. We are both extremely lucky to have owners who will put money into the clubs. I expect us to get promoted automatically and most likely Wrexham will finish in the top 6. Where, I don't know. We were worth the win and it was a 6 pointer that we had to win. Jay Stansfield's value is not known, we believe it was in excess of £10 million but nowhere near £20 million. The first 20 mins wrexham were giving them a really tough time to do anything with the ball... after that it was like the script got flipped and wrexham may as well just gone home. I think wrexham will stand a better chance to beat B.ham at home. Still be tough tho

Well, there have been only 6 losses at home since Parky took over so I’ll go with MK Dons & Bradford City as the ones you saw. Yeovil, Grimsby, Tranmere and Burton Albion are the other 4 I believe, so only 4 actual regular season/non cup losses, do I have that right? Anyway, 70-13-6 is mental home record!

Blues fan here, thanks for the compliments lads, one thing I say for you is games at home are harder for Birmingham than games away as teams tend to sit in and takes a while to find space. From a Wrexham point of view I think experience counted, the 1st 20 minutes when you had a goal lead and had passages of play where you kept the ball Chris Davies made some tweaks and the same tactics that gave you joy became a hinderence in that you had no way to keep possession in the Blues half. For Wrexham there need to be an immediate plan B outside of the physical play as the more games both Wrexham and Birmingham play the more footage and tactical reviews opponents will have and devise counter strategies.

Can i add we have fireworks at all home games nothing special for Wrexham we have 18300 season ticket holders without walkings and away fans so always a spectacle.

Bit silly trying to bring up fighting skills if a steward was not there, we have plenty of nutters in the ground that would make him very ordinary.

Yes we've spent money, and this is why we should get promoted, our squad depth is unreal, at least five players out who would get a start in the championship, Leonard and Dych on the bench along side Samstead Davies and Anderson, if Rob and Ryan really want to take you forward they simply have to spend, the talk about Mullins not yet available for a start and being a big miss makes the point, your support was great and added to a great atmosphere, and you won't be far off the top half maybe playoffs if you can avoid injuries and suspensions .

Tbf I want both Blues and Wrexham to go up. Been interesting to watch Wrexham since the yanks took other. Not watched the Disney series I can’t be bothered. It’s about what goes on the pitch. Both fans made the atmosphere one of the best in the country. Even if it wasn’t on sky sports the atmosphere would be the same. So all the best to Wrexham. Up the blues

Great listen! Iron sharpens iron, and it took Monday's match to bring out the best points of each team's game at this level. As a Blues fan, I was very worried for the first 20mins, and even at the end of the first half, home fans would have been anxious (it's still Birmingham after all!) Wrexham bossed it at the start and bullied Blues. Next time, you won't take your foot off the neck so easily. Blues learned the level we need to play at if we want to win this league, and it's not for the feint hearted.

Thoughts on Okonkwo?

It does feel like despite all the novelty of Wrexham, people are starting to treat us as equals at this level. We belong at this level. Only time will tell if we deserve to go up.

There was drunken trouble including abuse of the driver and fighting on a coach down to Bromley It wasn't possible to identify those involved owing to non-compliance with coach and seat allocations.

I do like the shithouse midfield of Dobbo as one defensive midfielder of two and Macca as the central prong of the midfield attack with Seb and Barney on the wings. I would note, though, that after Wrexham's best patch a few minutes after Marriott's goal, Birmingham changed their shape to better match up, so perhaps they could also change shape to counter a defensive midfield pair in Wrexham's midfield.

No shame in that performance. Beaten by a better side. Onto the next.
