Wishing this framework you mention only Buddhism, which indeed has a core idea of God as impersonal entity. However, Buddhism has never been a dominating Eastern philosophy, only 4% people in Asia are Buddhists. The rest is very much believing that God is a person, a most vibrant personality ever existed.

Therefore GOD Almighty never took a risk when He created the human race. In fact HE was absolutely aware of each and every individual's final destiny. The creation of human beings was followed by their acceptance of a test which was offered to them after we humans failed to side with GOD when Satan claimed he could be a god besides the Almighty and he could run a kingdom independent of GOD.
