Thanks sir for such an amazing video about most neglected part of the body by most fitness freaks. I m a fitness trainer and i came across such clients everyday. My fav body part workout is Shoulders n calves. I never miss my calves workout on legs day. Although I had developed a decent size of calves but its not up to my expectations but i ll now follow ur guidelines for developing my calves more. Thanx again for video 🙏🙏👍Plz make a video on Shoulder developement also..

Please make a video on Cholesterol. 1. There is conflicting information even from doctors that cholesterol is good vs bad, 2. On how body naturally produces it and claims that food doesn't contribute to unless under special conditions!!! 3. How to detect the raise in cholesterol before we get a storke. the usual blood tests doesn't give complete picture and how much is too much.

One point that was missed is that seated calf raises are pretty useless if you're already doing standing raises. Standing trains both soleus and grastroc. Moreover gastroc is the muscle most people want to grow as thats the one thats visible. So its better to allocate most volume to it. Especially if youre giving calves lower volume than other parts. I train calves three times a week. Tuesday before myleg workout. Thursday with Arms And Saturday after legs training.

Dear sir, Plz reply Are u suggesting that we treat calves as completely different muscle group to train ? 12 sets of just calves, bcz i perform 3 sets of calf just as squats, lunges, leg press,etc....but do we have to treat calves specially by 12 sets of calves training? Are they so stubborn muscles that they won't grow without such vigorous workout?...3 sets are not sufficient per week for them...ryt?

My calvs are 13inch. Super small. I really skipped and doesn’t hitted calvs that much in previous years. But now i do calvs 3 time per week with full ROM and good weight. I do seated, standing, leg press machine calv raise. And i see very small changes and i can say. I can beat my genetics and can gain calvs. Also my foot got injured and im not doing calvs and stading leg exercise from previous week. And cant ro calvs this week too. But once it get fix. Ill do it as superset during my shoulder, chest workout

Jogging in a beach sand Calf raises in three positions ( toe in , toe out , toe straight) with and without weight Calf pushes using leg press machine Calf muscle is the second heart I had a lot of Thailand friends and they had a very good calves due to Trekko game and their Traditional Thai boxing training
