An amazing irresistible modern take on the classic Italian “pane e olio”. Keith Floyd, one of the first celebrity British TV chefs, went to Puglia in 1994, to show us bread drenched in olive oil and salt. In those early days of “olive oil” in Britain, that was probably misunderstood. 20 years later, I hope recipes like this make it look less alien and more trendy, everywhere. Thanks Bincy.
