Im generally not an anxious person. I dont think this counts as anxiety but I have a bit of 'white coat syndrome'. When i was a toddler i had a condition that made my right eye almost blind. The doctors prescribed drops (i think altropine) for my left eye so it would 'force' my right eye to 'work harder'. (I recently found out that had absolutely no chance of working. Your vision is finished developing long before this treatment was being made) In a combination of being temporarily blinded, over stimulation, and the pain the drops caused, anything that gets near my eyes is a no no. When i go to the optometrist i need to psych myself up for the dilation and even still my whole body is shaking. Actually, that sounds like textbook anxiety. Who knows.

The Charles River separates Cambridge from Boston. All of Boston, except for Charlestown and East Boston, is South of the Charles River. Cambridge, think Harvard College and MIT, is North of the Charles River. Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School are in Boston. Cambridge is not part of Boston, its another city. The most Brahmin Boston neighborhoods are on the South bank of the Charles River, think Beacon Hill and the Back Bay. Don't confuse the South End of Boston with South Boston. South Boston is on the South side of the Reserved Channel. South Boston used to be called Dorchester Heights, the location where George Washington installed his canon giving him control over Boston Harbor. The South End has been gentrified into a wealthy neighborhood and South Boston is following suit. South Boston today is expensive and is not as portrayed by films. Many of the Irish South Boston descendants went to parochial school, Catholic college, became professionals, and moved to the West Roxbury suburban neighborhood to escape the gritty poor stereotype conditions of South Boston.

I don’t know if I am the only one but for some seasons the credits focused particularly on one of the child. Season 1 Kendall, Season 2 Shiv and Season 3 Roman. Season 4 didn’t have that

America is a very new country britan is a very old country. America sees itself as still upcoming and its best days are still ahead but the British know our best days are long gone we live in the ruins of an empire and psychologically that makes us more down to earth amd jaded

there are aspect ratios you want for your TV then there's ones you want for your photography. photos - I prefer 3:2 (& 2:3, 1.5) by far. video - for widescreen I really like 2.0 called "univisium", that to me is sweet simple perfection - but 1.85 is also good. And for non-widescreen give me the classic "academy ratio" 1.38 correction 4:3 is not academy ratio, as it is 1.33

Even if the lead is sometimes embarrassed or the but of the joke, American sitcoms always have this very tiring sense that the characters are generally having a wonderful, happy time, almost as if they know that they’re in a sitcom. In british comedy, the characters are rarely enjoying themselves, and certainly there’s no sense that they can see the funny side of things.

Wes Andersons films suck, and so did Napoleon Dynamite. I hated it so much when I was a kid, because everyone in my school loved it, and I was left out because I didnt think it was funny. I was left out, so I hated it even more lol. Now Im watching YT recaps on it to understand why I didnt like it. Quirky isnt a good word, awkward is the word. And there's a reason the word painful is used before awkward so often. Its because it is painful.

I think it is more like feminist messaging like "motherhood bad, go wageslave gurl"! Check out my cool list: The Boys Eric Kripke (Homelander drinks breast milk) Left-leaning, *anti-authoritarian Mad Max: Fury Road (George Miller Immortan Joe milks women for control) Progressive, feminist, environmentalist Inglourious Basterds (Quentin Tarantino Hans Landa drinks milk in a menacing manner) Left-leaning, anti-establishment Meet the Parents (Jay Roach, Jim Herzfeld Robert De Niro’s character talks about milking a cat) Progressive, political activist Silence of the Lambs (Jonathan Demme, Ted Tally Hannibal Lecter’s consumption metaphor for control) Left-leaning, civil rights activism The Witch (Robert Eggers Devil-related breastfeeding symbolism) Existential, historical themes The Neon Demon (Nicolas Winding Refn Disturbing body fluid scenes) Libertarian, individualism Mother! (Darren Aronofsky Symbolic consumption involving motherhood) Progressive, environmentalist The Handmaid’s Tale (Bruce Miller Forced breastfeeding, a metaphor for oppression) Feminist, *anti-authoritarian The common denominator seems to be leftist politicall views of the writers or directors, with one exception here. I placed some * infront of anti-authoritarian, because shows like the Boys (which i like nevertheless) roots for the CIA, the most authoritarian controlling and totalitarian organization since the SS. Also the CIA is based on it.. The answer is simple - Enemies drink mothers milk, because the showrunners or directors have leftleaning political views and view Motherhood as subordination of a woman. In a society with artifically FORCED DEMOGRAPHIC DECLINE all that is natural to womanhood is vilified, and portrayed as some kinda Lebensborn Nazi Programme..

If I make my dream movie someday, I’d choose: 1:43.1 for the true experience and die hard enthusiasts, 1:90 or 1:78 for a more traditional experience and for large screen theaters. Get it into more cinemas that way, but render 100% of it to fit the 1:43.1 ratio. no ratio shifts.

Some of these so-called art films feel bloated af. They linger on shot so long, it begins to feel so pointless. Its assuming that we're all slow and stupid. But these arthouse buffs just love to feel superior so they convince themselves that these shots are far deeper than they really are.. because the filmmakers take their time. They don't appreciate pace and editing.

I had a panic attack when introducing myself and the topic I was going for in a new class. My arm was shaking by itself and my other had to hold it down. I get more panic hoping that nobody saw it but my voice was shaking and heart racing. I sat down after, relieved but I was still a little shaky. I loved perito comforting puss. Having someone showing you empathy means a lot in a distressing situation. Told my mom about this but she seems to think I was pathetic.

It's funny how much irony this essay has! For example - saying that Clarice is playing a masculine role and that many of these women in film could be played as a man, and to conclude that it would be because the writers are men (so their gender comes through). No! I am saying this as a woman, Clarice is NOT a masculine character at all. Yes, she is, if you look at her through the eyes of a man (or society) who is used to seeing these ultra feminine characters with all humanity removed from them! These characters are incredibly feminine to me, as a woman. For the majority of history, traits that are simply non-gender, have been seized by men. Men and women are not completely different, there is a plethora of non-gender traits, but up until now any traits that are not overtly "feminine" (from a male perspective) have been labeled as masculine. Simply being a human and experiencing and showing the whole scale of human emotions and abilities has been cut into pieces which have been gendered. It's funny how this essay is simply oblivious to this. I find that in The Silence of the Lambs this is one of the main themes, to juxtapose who Clarice is as a feminine woman and how other people, especially men, view and categorize her. And this video totally gets blindsided by that. How many times do people look at male characters and go "this character could be played by a woman, therefore this male character is feminine"? What would that character look like? Simply a character taking action seems to be reserved for a man or labeled as a "masculine character". Yes, these characters could be played by men, not because they are masculine, but because they are human.
