thank you I was going to add that to the comments and forgot
I realized my teeth has a dent it (after removal of a baby tooth beside this teeth- it seems like my mouth was a bit overcrowded), and I asked 2 different dentists if it's a cavity to be filled and they said no, and just left it as is. I am going to try this method of remineralization

You mentioned xylitol mints. When i searched in eBay, i found a product called Grants Xylitol Mouthwash. Is one better than the other? Or do you recommend both? Thanks for your great channel. It has really educated me, and given me more interest in my mouth.

The mints or gum stay in your mouth for 2-3 minutes and stimulate saliva, a mouthwash while useful will not be as effective as it doesn't stay in as long and you spit it out with the saliva that builds up

I’ve done a podcast on this that is on my channel it lists them in the description But Bliss K12 is great 😊
Do you have any recommendations for natural mouthwash? I purchased the TheraBreath mild mind mouthwash but I’m not too sure if it’s great for the mouth despite the ph being an 8. Also is there a supplement you like that contains all the necessary minerals?

Advice is around 10000 iu D3 to 100mcg K3 but check with your health provider first

hydroxyapatite was banned in UK which means it’s bad
@EvolveDentalHealing3 ай бұрын
its the nano that is the concern not the HAP
@EvolveDentalHealing3 ай бұрын
and they have not said it is bad but are concerned it might be while they investigate further but question why they banned it after studies show it is more effective than fluoride in preventing tooth decay
@EvolveDentalHealing2 ай бұрын
its not been banned by EU or SCCS - I have a video coming out on this very soon
@launchpad53Ай бұрын
Just because it's banned does not mean it's bad. Sometimes ingredients get banned because people are lacking common sense and use it too much or in stupid ways.
