I mostly play Fortnite and Xdefiant. Which preset is best for fast and smooth tracking? I play completely with my wrist.
@HaloDaycare17 күн бұрын
Hmm. That's a tough question because this implies mouse accel may be two dimensional. It's complex and people have varied opinions on what is best for tracking, especially for a mostly wrist aimer. I will say that linear had always felt good to me in primarily tracking dominant games, which would be either preset 6 and preset 2. I cover both in the video. Then again, I would take the time to experiment with a variety of the presets and enjoy the experience. Things take time. As much as I wish I could tell you exactly what to use, I can't. But based on what you describe, you sound like linear would be enjoyable in your situation. It's a default go-to for a lot of folks and it works well with plenty of people.

I agree and have heard this from others. Sometimes it's just a passing phase that you need to go through to get to the other side and eventually play with it off. I go back and forth from time to time to challenge myself, ultimately preferring it on. Everyone is different. CC is also more simple, making it easier to get what you want. I tried rawaccel for about 3 - 5 days and the numbers aspect didn't make much sense to me. You would change numbers, see how it felt, change it again, rinse and repeat. It's unfortunate that rawaccel seems to be the go-to for just about everyone new. A lot of us who stick with it, eventually migrate over. Even then, its not for everyone.

Do you not realize that your comment makes you look ignorant? Mouse acceleration isn't cheats or hacks. Mouse acceleration merely scales your sensitivity dynamically. That's all it does. 100% of the people who would argue that mouse accel is "cheating" or even "makes aiming easier" would be terrible with mouse accel enabled (until they get acclimated.) 99% of PC gamers wouldn't make that argument to begin with. I have never heard a fellow PC player critisize mouse accel outside of it not being for them, or they believe it's not consistent. Mouse accel has a rich history in the world of PC gaming. It is not only 100% legal and TOURNAMENT VIABLE, it doesnt make aiming easier, it just scales your sensitivity dynamically. Let me know if I haven't made myself clear. @HaloDaycare27 күн бұрын
lol thank you, I appreciate that. I use 3200 dpi and the exact curve I use is listed in the video towards the tail end of the video. My in-game sense is also towards the end of the video. The flicking technique I'm using is called the one frame flick and there's a link in the description to my exact guide. I published the video about a month ago. As for rawaccel, it's okay. It's just a little complex and complex isn't always better. I don't understand why so many newbies are drawn to it. CC allows you to drag and drop/draw exactly what you want. It's more transparent and very straightforward. I would absolutely recommend switching immediately. That is, unless you have settings you actually enjoy. If you already like what you got, no need to switch. If you decide to switch, CC has presets. I cover all the free presets in my video. Just another reason why CC is more simple and better. As for your settings being good or not, I'm not really sure, I wouldn't know unless I looked at your curve specifically. I would recommend switching your dpi to a more standard/traditional dpi like 800 / 1600 / 3200 / 6400. That'll make the switch a bit easier. I have a link in the description if you need help to convert your settings. It's pretty easy. And of course if you want to buy CC pro, I would greatly appreciate it if you use my code 'HALO' to save a few bucks. And to be fair, I've shilled CC since before becoming an affiliate with them. I have an old video on my channel proving this. Just like you, I started with rawaccel and made the switch after some experimentation. And yes, even if you decide to never upgrade, the free version of CC is still better than rawaccel.

Also really appreciate how friendly you are I've seen people ask about this technique and get completely blown off
@HaloDaycareАй бұрын
People definitely go wild over the one frames (lol), and it’s controversial for so many different reasons. I’ve never seen the aim community so divided on a technique. When I asked about it (not mentioning any names), I got the cold shoulder. It wasn’t until I met Faulty that I felt like someone genuinely helped me. It’s all good, though. As for mouse acceleration, I just really enjoy it. I made a video on it, bought a mouse accel program, and promoted it before becoming an affiliate with a custom curve. It all started as an experiment because I wanted to understand why people kept telling me to avoid it. Since then, I've gone back and forth, challenging myself with a soft reset each time, but I always return to using it. The accel curve I use lets me play at an insanely high sensitivity-about 10cm/360 at my max sensitivity. That’s insanely fast, especially on a glass pad. The mouse accel gives me the dynamic sensitivity I need to smoothly track targets while still being able to flick with accuracy. That said, accel doesn’t make anything easier. It just scales sensitivity more dynamically. I prefer it because it feels more natural to me. Whether I need a slow, fast, or in-between sensitivity, it’s all there. I can't recommend or not recommend mouse accel. Honestly. I've received maybe a couple dozen of DMs from people over the past couple of years who have thanked me for making my accel video. I've also had some instances where people said they enjoyed it for a period, only to eventually go back to not using it. In the end, experimentation provides a different perspective. That's a good thing. I find it worth the short term discomfort. Not everyone will, though. Also, I never tell people what my accel curve is. I used to, but not anymore. Debating in my upcoming guide if I share what my curve is or not. I think it hurts more than it helps. If you try mouse accel out, I strongly encourage you to find what works for you. You are a unique player with your own play style, player habits, and aiming profile. The major issue is the perception that your curve has to be complex, etc. It's really simple. You'll know when something is right or wrong based on feel. Trust yourself in the same way your body/brain tells you when you're hungry or thirsty. Headcasing is a real issue for people and perfection isn't achievable, with or without mouse acceleration. It's all a matter of preference. If you do decide to give cc a try, download the free version. Unless they've made changes, it's free to keep forever. If you enjoy it, you can use my code HALO to save five dollars. Rawaccel is also a good program, but it's more reliant on numbers and such. I prefer to just drag and drop what I want. There are also 10 presets that cover all the different styles of accel curves with cc.

*youtube already removed the botted dislikes. Thank you, KZbin. IMPORTANT: This is not something 99% of you will learn and will be able to succeed right away. This is a highly advanced technique and it requires a great deal of effort and knowledge. This guide covers things I have never heard anyone mention in their guide. Expect to fail over and over again, and expect to fail some more. And when you think you're done failing, you will continue to do so. You will succeed eventually. Follow this guide, take into consideration that settings have a great impact on your one frame flicks (which I cover extensively in this guide), and you will be successful. In addition, follow the practice regimen I mention in the video and create your own. I also compare the traditional flicking technique vs one frame flicking technique in depth. In addition: I've gotten a comment about how the one frame flicks for some doesn't seem to work or be consistent. If you're having this issue after watching the full guide, I wanted to add something of value that will help. First, it's important to watch the tutorial/guide part of the video in full. If you're having issues with your one frames being inconsistent and you're struggling with knowing how much force to exert to get your one frames to go exactly where you want them to go, that's where the difficulty of the technique comes in. Pay attention to my handcam closely and watch the distance my flicks travel. Notice the force exerted to get the flicks to travel the distance needed to be accurate. In my last video, "Call of Duty, but I have 1000+ hours in aim trainers," my handcam is a bit clearer. The ending of this guide also includes plenty of clips for you to take note of the handcam and draw the connection between the force exerted and the distance the flicks travel. Strongly encouraged to watch on PC or a monitor to make the handcam a bit clearer. Mobile is awful. Call of Duty, but I have 1000+ hours in aim trainers: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJS7nYeuZd96b9U Your sensitivity, polling rate, and lift off distance, all work in tandem and will change how your frames feel and interact. If you still need help, you can always reach out to me. My advice to fix inconsistency related issues is to continue practicing despite feeling like a failure. You will get it, it takes time. ALSO IMPORTANT: My goal is to help you. If you need to see the handcam more clearly to see the force exerted to get the flicks to travel the distance intended to be accurate, I will make any clip you need available to download in its native format. This will be crystal clear footage. KZbin, for some reason, has awful compression issues. Although this could potentially affect my video within the youtube algorithm in a not so positive way, my goal is to help and will make that available to you upon request. Be specific about which clip(s) you need and I'll send them to you in a google doc.

When using this style of aim is there something to focus on to consistently have that teleporting look when flicking, like what contributes to it looking that?

I just added a pinned comment. Others asked the same question, so I didn't make it clear in the video. My fault, I always try to make my videos as streamlined as possible to avoid repeating myself. Check the pinned comment. This won't make sense until you read it, but if you need any of the clip(s) in genuine high fidelity, I'd be happy to send them.

@@HaloDaycare i appreciate how far you're willing to help, I was just more curious on how you were doing it, having picked up Baranoxs aim style I learned it but just slightly different so it was just a adjustment period to doing it this way, now im snapping to everyone 😆

@@AOAOffical Heck yeah bro, enjoy it. It's a rush when you snap onto people behind walls as if you're actually cheating💀

@HaloDaycare yeah it's definitely a cool feeling, as if the hackusations weren't enough before this should do it😆

You actually CAN do this on controller. Well, kind of. Check out www.youtube.com/@Dynamicyh - He's insane. He has a tutorial on it as well.
@unknown-x7o2gАй бұрын
you can, i used to do it on mw 2019 you just gotta have fast sens and i think in mw 2019 you had to change it to dynamic instead of standard or linear, and put your right stick deadzone on 15 and flick the stick and let go, it would sometimes get you a 2-4 frame flick and i got a 1 frame on it once practicing on bots, i remember it was a friend of faulty i learned it from if i find the video ill put a link here

Baranox is another good example of this. Although he does a mix of this & traditional tracking, he explained it on one of his video comments where he does the mouse lifting for when he's scanning & keeps it down when flicking currently his streams on twitch have a hand cam.

@@AOAOffical I remember a couple years back looking up how to aim like baranox. Love his videos. Faulty and yincrad are the ones that have genuine guides, so I have credit where credit is due at the end. I added what I thought was necessary, especially since nobody talked about the things I've mentioned in my guide. And thanks for watching, by the way.
@AOAOffical2 ай бұрын
@HaloDaycare ahh ok I see, same i started watching nox videos to learn that style of aim because, like you said, nobody really had explained it so I was just watching his handcam videos & going off what i was seeing him do & trying to mimic that.

Good stuff. Great explanation on something that isn't overly complicated in theory but difficult to explain. Unfortunately, as I've gotten older, my reflexes have gotten slower, so I have to use a lower mouse sens which makes it harder.
