OK kids... there has been many movies made about this story, but a completely different take on the story is a film called, Gojoe, (2000) . As much as I know about the history of this tale, and seen films about it... I still refer to Gojoe... on the same subject, check out the movie Roaring Currents about Yi

Tell the full truth about Calvin Graham. He went AWOL to go to his grandmother's funeral. That was how his mom knew and that was why he was thrown in the brig for three month. His sister, not his mom, threatened to go to the press with Calvin's story when the Navy dishonourable discharged him and canceled the medals. He was granted full benefit and increase in back pay but somehow your system reduced an 18,000 payment to 2,100. He was even scammed out of benefits for a movie deal. He was dealt dirty thru life. No need to embellish.

One of the issues I have with information is accuracy. "The Japanese have never seen a dog so big," is hyperbolic. 4 of the largest dog breeds r Japanese. Work a bit harder for ur money. Many of u would have been fired from ur job for incomplete work. Smarten up

Not mentioning Momčilo Gavrić from the balkan front in the first world war seems like a big mistake here...living through a campaign that killed 1/5th of his nation just to later go on to fight in the 2nd world war as well

Obviously taking his actions into consideration in TODAYS morals he is a villain and a monster. At the time however, things were much different and they way you describe Genghis Khan is very misleading. People worship him for a reason. And comparing him to Hitler is just disrespectful. He didn’t kill his brother bc he wanted to be the “favorite kid”. He kept writers, artist, craftsmen etc alive. He also kept the queens of his enemies as a sign of respect. He united tribes and lead the mongol empire to victory. I could go on and on. There’s a reason why he is so respected by historians and Mongolians despite his brutality. So IF you use your common sense obviously he wasn’t just an evil monster like the people some compare him to and you would know how history is much more complex than that.
