Dat one guy who called gregory "skinny" should see him now!!
@lebe-starkАй бұрын
I consider myself lean and definitely not "big" or "huge." Some people might still view my body as skinny, and I’m completely okay with that. 💙

I’ll try it with 68kg, 40kg, and 32kg. Not sure I can finish this.

HEAVY duty work! Report back brother!

why a 64 if you have 2x32 ?
@lebe-starkАй бұрын
The centralized concentration of the load is producing a distinct impact on the body, different from the effect of using double 32s.
@anthonycraig274Ай бұрын
I personally purchased a 64kg because I much prefer a clean swinging with one than to have two clanging on every down swing. Plus you can use the 64kg with one hand which totally changes the game.😊

You do zerchersquats with the barbell you already instead of buying an expensive heavy kettlebell that has limited use.

Barbell + Plates: $500 - $650. Kettlebell 64KG: $210. Your math ain‘t mathin‘ brother.

just did both workouts, first with 16kg, 24kg and then 32kg KB. Second with 24kg for the overhead presses. The second set is a killer! You can feel your shoulders going numb by the end. Great job!! I forget about EMOM workouts. Must build them into my routine more.
@yian43Ай бұрын
64 kg kettlebell useless. After 48 kg you need to switch to the barbell or your wasting time.

Heavy bells bring their own benefits and are more fun than barbells.
@yian43Ай бұрын
@@lebe-stark heavy bells are undeniably less safe than a bar bell over head and less effective because we can put more weight. More fun is subjective. Once I had the skill I find the barbell more satisfying. Kettlebells become inefficient when we use them for the wrong thing. You need the right tool for the right job. Awesome videos anyway. That bell looks as big as you :)
