imagine with 4.0 sniping trade planets to crash the logistics of the enemy and bankrupting them without engaging

i can't picture stellaris EVER being interesting from a competitive pov. My take, play an rp focused game, be dedicated to your empire and role, playing as effectively as possible without meta-gaming/hyper min-maxing. Good luck getting everyone to behave that way/follow those rules.

The best touches were Britain being a Fallen Empire, Not-see Germany being a fanatic-purifier Nemesis empire and France surrendering. I think for pre-1994 South Africa you could also set one species to “citizens” but everyone else to “second class” and then resettle them all to a planet called “Bantustan” and put population growth controls favoring the founding species

Migration allowed you to grow pops from other people's nations without actually moving any pops to your planets. And most people would accept random migration agreements because pops = power in Stellaris and always has been. So, you make a species that is absolutely horrible in every possible way except having pop growth bonuses which made them supercede the growth of an existing pop if there was less of the bad pop than the good pop. In other words, you plant a weed in your enemies worlds and game mechanics make it so that weed propagates everywhere.

Im thinking to rush cruisers in the early game and build a mixture of disruptor cruisers and Artillery or Torpedo with hanger cruiser lastly in the late game disruptor cruiser with Artillery battleship. Would this be a viable fleet ? Why and why not. Thank you.
@Arwingdo5 күн бұрын
Why not going against Disrupters for 50% armor + 50% more hull point modules and 2-3 armor hardening modules in the a-slots? Yeah, you can take this allows to produce more ships. But that will just be effective to build more ships, if you have enough naval capacity overall and enough energy credits for the upkeep. If not, the energy upkeep will increase significantly.

Personally, I haven't had trouble learning Stellaris. Then again, my strategy to learning things is to only interact with new systems when I'm confident with the old ones. I'm still running on the philosophy of "more shit beats less shit" instead of learning how to optimize my ship weapons. Lmao

Holy moly, I didn't know gene clinics had such low numbers. I grew up playing StarCraft, so I've been religiously investing in anything that lets me acquire more workers, but only 5% growth with only 2% extra habitability?

Oh, I missed this one... somehow. So to answer the question on how to force it onto others: Origins - Fruitful Partnership, and a little luck. I respect my friends too much to do it though. Could also do Migration Treaty shenanigan's.

I was playing a game of stellaris with my friend, I was human and he was some sort of terminator robot, he got big, but too big for his own good, then 3 mid game crisis hit at the same time close to his borders, we thought we were going to die, until I awakened the power of tripple afterburner artillery battleship with swarm of disruptor corvettes
