Lets be honest if Charlatan wonder can drop an actual legit cooking lessons in middle of his Kenshi videos so you can too drop a dancing lesson after every milestone or destroying a kingdom or something like that and still, maintain majority of us (your audience) interested. I personally stayed for your unique style of narration.. Not the editing skills. Yes i primarily only listen to your videos in background while i am doing my work. But if narration takes especially interesting course i pause work to check up that part of video too. We believe in you. And, don't sweat it if you upload only once in 6 months.We all know what we sign up/subscribed for. Good luck mate.

Bannerlord is a "stagnant" game now, so even a "well performing" channel would have issues these days. Play other games like modded Skyrim, Kingdom Come Deliverance (with 2 coming up so its gonna be great timing), Fromsoft games etc. Or even branch out into 4x games like Crusader Kings 3 or Civ, they are also gonna have regular updates and sequels. I always thought that your sense of humor is great, but the editing needed a lot of trimming. Think of Killian Experience or Koifish or Spiffing Brit - not the style of talking, but how they show up once in a while but make fast paced videos with the slow "in between" parts cut out. And you're correct about perfection, its the enemy of "good enough". If you don't do that, the only other viable option seems to be becoming a regular streamer, but that isn't my cup of coffee. I always thought your dry sense of humor is great for quick paced content. If you wanna be a streamer, you gotta show up regularly and consistently

Have you thought about hiring/asking a friend or viewer for video editing help? Im sure there is a way ro work something out, and it would probably help with time management.

i have been watching since bannerlord e1.7.x trading guides, the quality was good and got better with every video and it is normal for you to take more time too man, although a playthrough series(you have an amazing storybuilding skill) with less edits that is regularly uploaded would be awesome and would make the channel more lively i think
