Limoncello is made with a clear grain alcohol infused with lemon rind. The infusion process takes at least a month or two, and then the liquor is diluted with a sugar syrup mixture. After one day, you'll lack the depth of flavor and color from the lemon rind. We suggest at least one month or more! All the best!

Indeed you can, it is called 'limecello' 😀 Here's what you need for making Limecello: 750ml of grain alcohol (100 proof or stronger) 1.75 US cups of sugar 2.5 US cups of water 25 grams of lime zest (around 15 limes)
