This might hurt, because when I broke my pelvis, it is now stuck twisted. The pressure, might be too much, on my low back.😢

It's true, in your case, your pelvis is probably too sensitive or fragile for working with a blanket roll. Instead, I would substitute a folded flat towel or piece of foam that is flat under the pelvis. The flatness, and the little bit of cushion on the floor will help cushion the pelvis, but also lift the pelvis a little bit, which will help your hip joints work better for the lesson. It's a similar position, and I have other lessons like it and it does not torque the sacrum but keeps the pelvis in neutral support.

And one more thing, if you use a folded towel or piece of foam, it should not be more than an inch high. You don't want to strain the low back, but just a little bit of lifting, can give the lumbar spine a slight bit of traction, which can be relieving.
