I found a positive display Rangeman online, and purchased it, but the seller sent me this blackout edition. When I first saw it, i got mad and thought of returning it, but tried the auto backlight function, and ended loving my new Rangeman. Its true that it isnt that easy to read in some conditions, compared to the positive edition, but the auto light solves many of those situations.

I recently bought DW 291H. I'm so far happy with it. Seems pretty durable but their aren't any durability tests available

10:50 Does the contrast setting able to make the negative display more readable? Would have been a cool feature that any G-Shock with negative display needs.

Sometimes I forget what day of the week it is... shame that this 300+ dollar watch can't remind me.... but my lower cost 90+ WVE M630.. can (with all the same features... 5 alarms... hourly chime. Timer, stopwatch, dual time, atomic, solar, hand alignmen, DLS....) And you have to pay 500+ for an Oceanus that does show the day of the week. How messed up is that?

You couldn't talk me into trading my GWG-1000 for any dressed up version, although I do like the screw-down crown wheel that matches the buttons on the GWG-1000. Not that there's anything wrong with it's original version. I just like the protection the raised bumpers provide for the glass, much better than the GWG-2000. It's clunky, lumpy, practical, and beautiful. A precision instrument, built to take on ANYTHING.

Have the 2000,liked it until the time change for daylight savings, had hard time finding city,when I did it still would not adjust to proper time,not impressed

hello guys. just another question: is it possible to have the total ascent + total descent using the altimeter mode? It seems no way. Even there is a way on the log of the gps navigation? it's strange that a 9400 has it and this high end Rangeman doesn't. thanks a lot
