Okay with no context and no previous knowledge of the game itself were any playthroughs I'm going to venture a guess here. We'll see how right I am after I'm done watching the entire thing. The Conrad Vernor bit is mostly based on stuff you did in ME1, like since you got all the Asari Matriarch writings you were able to help him translate, and since you didn't help the girl in the bar who was under cover for c-sec, Conrad died. Also, since you didn't buy the Elcoss Combine license in ME1, you had to tell him, "I don't have that". All the little things add up to more war assets. Also, you could have killed Conrad in ME1 or ME2, and you wouldn't get anything from him here in ME3.

Just in case it hasnt been said yet... you can do omega and dr bryson whenever you feel is best. (I actually think where you are at is perfectly laid out for doing omega with aria next). Shore Leave you gotta wait until just before the "point of no return," and it is SO worth the wait

What might make this easier for you is to scroll through the maps once you're in there. You do not have to be on the floor you're looking at to look at the maps for them to see who's there.

BTW whenever you use one of those weapon benches to adjust your weapons like at 27min, it DEACTIVATES all your ammo options like incendiary ammo. You heard the journalist Khalisa Al Jilani reporting, Do you remember the investigative reporter Emily Wong from Mass effect 1? She isn’t in this game, because her fate was revealed over Twitter instead: she rammed her skycar into Reaper forces, taking them out as she died. you would have had a slightly different experience during Cerberus attack on Citadel if you had made a different choice in Mass Effect 2 (I won’t tell you what in case you ever replay ME2 but I can spoil it for you if you want). Take care with those Phantoms! You’re wondering about Cerberus at 41min. Remember that mission you did last time on Benning where Cerberus was attacking civilians? Cerberus is kidnapping them and using Reaper tech to indoctrinate them into working for Cerberus whilst giving them reaper upgrades to make them better fighters. Also there was a way to save Kelly Chambers but you missed it…. The Conrad Verner conversation was a way of poking fun at you the player when you ask people questions you’ve already asked! That Gavin guy was someone you met at Zhu’s Hope (you picked up some discs for him when you were fighting the Geth in his old Exogeni office). Oh to explain why those things are in the spectre terminal, basically if you forget to pick up something during a mission that's vital to a side quest it will be in the spectre terminal to buy. They don't give you these side quests and then you miss an item and expect you to just forget about that mission. They will provide you the item in the spectre terminal.

If you had thane or kirahhe then the counselor would live, thanks to you talking with Kaidan every time, the drink as a gift, and saving the counselors the first time Kaidan believed you, if not then you would have killed him. if you told Kelly to change her identity she would have lived, and no Kelly wouldn’t even show if you didn’t get her in your room, Conrad would have lived if you helped a lady in the first game, in fact Conrad and her actually flirt and go help people together
