Thanks Tim, another fantastic class. I passed my yoga teacher training and I'd like to thank you. I've learned so much from you, especially alignment and breath. Thanks you this yoga resemble like Surya namaskar which we used to do in schools but what makes me really happy that you explain when to breathe and when to release . I have been suffering from Aatma and my doctor suggested me to do some yoga daily under morning sunlight 🌞

Hey Tim, do you have any tips and suggestions on balancing the pelvic floor muscles using your yoga techniques, mine get tight quite often and I have been going through your hip mobility program which is helping but would like something more targeted if you know what I mean.
