Charlie Woods plus 3 handicap is way better than the girls plus .25 handicap. Being plus 3 means he gives 3 shots to par so to shoot an adjusted 72 he would have to shoot a 69. Whereas the girl to shoot an adjusted 72 would have to shoot a 72 or 71

Certainly support both the wearing of shorts during play as well as shotgun starts. Regarding shotgun starts, perhaps then, some of the terrible slow play won’t be as noticeable!
